Jamie upgraded my 13 year old laptop. Replaced 500 gb hard drive and installed thermal paste cleaned micro chips and corrected rankings on RAM. The laptop now boots up like new. Laptop used to heat up fast and was very slow to load. All my old programs were imaged and re-loaded in as is condition. Jamie also found a nut floating around which would have caused a short which he avoided. I strongly recommend Jamie for all of your computer repairs and upgrades. Above all he is very noble, well knowledgeable and trustworthy.
