Unlimited Events is like your Fairy Godmother. You could tell them anything you could ever dream of, and they will grant your wish and make it happen-- no matter what! Planning a 2020 wedding was so simple with their help in 2019... but obviously there were some unforeseen challenges that came up in 2020. We basically had to rewrite a new wedding, and although we expected it to be extremely difficult to coordinate with all of the COVID guidelines in place, Unlimited Events made it effortless and worry-free! They literally thought of every option imaginable! It was honestly a piece of cake, but only with their help. They understood the struggles, filled in all of the missing pieces, and exceeded our high expectations.

It was such a pleasure working with Stephanie and her crew. They helped us so much in the months leading up to our wedding, during the wedding day, and after! They were always 5+ steps ahead of me. I remember having so many day-of requests that were fulfilled within seconds. If I tried to remind them about something, it was already done HOURS ago! Seriously, the amount of time, energy, and dedication on this team is unmatched.

Not only are they great professionals, but after working with them they really become more like friends and family. We loved working with Unlimited Events and we plan on calling them again to work with them in the future!

Scott was great to work with. He was able to take the logo that was used on their invitation and many printed items (thank you Joni at Cincinnati by Design for creating this lovely logo). The dance floor was stunning!!! Scott wrapped the floor in white with a gold logo. Scott worked with our amazing florist (Beth - Glendale) and provided lovely draping at the wonderful venue (Delta Marriott Hotel in Sharonville - highly recommend them as well). Highly recommend Scott!!! Thank you Scott for helping to make our daughter and son-in-law's wedding magical!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Natasha from Unlimited Events and could not imagine our wedding day without her! Leading up to our wedding, she took care of ever single detail, including contact vendors, coordinating with photographers, the church, reception hall, etc., making the experience stress-free and effortless. Every moment of our wedding weekend was planned (down to the minute) which allowed us to take it all in and enjoy every aspect of our big day. We cannot say enough about how amazing and professional Natasha and Unlimited Events were and we HIGHLY recommend utilizing their services!

We hired Natasha to decorate our wedding venue for our wedding at the end of last month. While my fiancee dealt with Natasha mostly during the planning stages (with only good things to say), I didn't end up meeting with her until the day of the wedding. I was incredibly impressed with the work they did. We had both the ceremony and reception in the same venue, so there was quite a lot of setup that needed to be done. While we had budgeted time to set up the day of the wedding, when we showed up the day before for rehearsal, we actually found that Unlimited Events had been there already, and had many of the complex drapery set up already! I found out later that they had paid the venue with their own money to be let in early so that everything could be set up in a more leisurely stress free environment. When I showed up the day of to help get the venue in order, I found I didn't have anything to do!

The quality of their decorations was incredible. They took our ideas for our venue and made them reality. They even managed to work around some of the less desirable venue aspects...there was an obnoxious disco ball in the center of our venue and, while they later managed to get permission to take it down, they managed to completely hide it with drapery!

Our venue setup involved a room decoration change from the ceremony to reception space, and while I wasn't there for that (getting pictures taken) the venue we returned to was decorated amazingly. My other vendors also had nothing bad to say about Unlimited events either (in fact, you can read a five-star review from our day-of-coordinator, Glamorous Weddings, below) indicating to me that they were not just easy to hire, but also easy to work with as well.

I am the owner of Glamorous Weddings and I finally had the opportunity to work with Unlimited Events. The couple that hired me had also hired them to assist with set-up and strike of venue. From the first time I spoke with Natasha, I knew everything was going to go smoothly. We were under the impression that Natasha and her team would arrive on Saturday morning to begin setting up. Upon arrival for rehearsal we discovered they came early to ensure they would have enough time to make sure everything was set into place. Natasha was respected by her staff and they followed her every direction. They were quick and efficient with everything they did. I even asked Natasha if I could use a couple of her team members to assist me with something and she had no hesitation in assigning the two guys to help with whatever I needed. I hope to work with Natasha and Unlimited Events in the near future. Their professionalism was top notch!

I could not have imagined anyone better to create my wedding! From the ease of communication with my super-organized consultant, Natasha, to the absolute beauty of everything she and her team created--planning could not have been easier. At a time that is usually so stressful, Natasha made sure that all of my needs were met. My favorite aspect of our decor was our gorgeous head table backdrop; she took my vision and brought it to life, exactly as I wanted. Our wedding memories (and photos!) would not be as fantastic as they are without the help of Natasha and Unlimited! I recommend them to everyone I know who has any sort of event to plan.
