Michele was AMAZING you guys! From the first introduction call, I could tell she was so genuine and really cared about our vision. She helped us so much throughout the whole process and had a great system to help keep everything organized. Melody was also incredible to work with. She did our rehearsal and was so flexible and helpful when we got rained out and had to last minute change plans. OH and she took a bunch of our floral arrangements to the venue in her car! I cannot recommend these ladies enough!!

I don't know what we would have done without Michelle & her team. We were more than halfway through planning when all of the little details starting to feel so overwhelming, so we brought Michelle on as our Day-Of Coordinator, which included several meetings beforehand for planning support, as well as building a timeline and communicating with other vendors. She created the perfect timeline for us and we didn't have to worry about a thing day of.
Michelle is so personable and chill and confident, we HIGHLY recommend her and her team!

I will keep it short, but, unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with Urban Events when it came to the day-of. The planning process was smooth and I felt Michele and Melody had a handle on our event, however, when the day arrived there were many issues, incorrect details, timeline mistakes, etc. Ultimately there were many things the team discussed with me and committed to do and then did not execute. It is disappointing as this was the only vendor we had any trouble with.

Working with Urban Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Jade truly went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. The Urban Events team ensured none of our family had to worry about setup, teardown, or moving things around our spaces during the wedding. We could not be more pleased with our experience. Jade also understood our needs and recommended excellent local vendors like our florist who was the perfect fit for us. Our venue was not super traditional so Jade rolled with the ambiguity and ran the day in a way that made us feel confident and at-ease. Urban Events was worth their weight in gold for month out planning of our mostly DIY wedding (especially since their prices are very competitive)!

Don't overthink it, just hire Urban Events for all your wedding coordination needs. We used Urban Events for day of coordination for our 125+ wedding and the day went perfectly! Highly recommend regardless of how crazy you may think your family and guests are they will command the room and help you be able to actually enjoy your day instead of stress about all the little details. We had some problems with our bar contract about a week before our wedding and it was so reassuring to talk through this process with our coordinator and solve the puzzle, we went into our wedding day with all the confidence that they would handle our problems with the venue and they did. I did not even notice the venue staff lingering on our day and had the best time!

We booked with Urban Events for the 60 day coordinating package and we beyond thrilled that we did! We almost did not want to spend the money for a coordinator but it was the best thing we did for our wedding. Katie got put on our event last minute and you would not have had any clue because of how on top of it she was. Katie is extremely friendly, professional, organized, efficient, and resourceful. Anything we threw at her last minute she handled gracefully and quickly. She did our whole set up and it was absolutely flawless. She is a joy to be around and is fantastic at her job. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and we could not recommend Urban Events and Katie more.

Do not hesitate to book Urban Events! We planned a destination wedding in Breckenridge and I was super nervous to rely on someone I had never met. From the minute Jade and I spoke over face time, she put all my fears to rest. She helped make my wedding dreams a reality, meshed with my personality, and was super organized. I walked away with not only an amazing wedding planner but a great friend as well. Love you Jade and Urban Events!!!
