I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in My Happy Place! Denise does a fantastic job making sure all needs are met, the cabin was very clean, comfortable, and private. Better yet within 5 minutes of branson landing! In the cabin we felt like we were way out in the country, private, secluded, and QUIET, but in 3 minutes we were in Branson Landing and hitting the strip! Such a great location! Not to mention this was a much better value than the other cabins we've stayed in before. Do yourself a favor, stop looking around at other cabins and just book with Vacation Fun Times, you won't get a better option in my opinion! Can't wait to go back!! Thanks Denise!

We booked for a long weekend for Jeep Branson 2024. It was a great location tucked away in the woods not too far from the Landing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We stayed here years ago when the cabins were Lonesome Dove. It was a slice of nostalgia sitting in the same cabin, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfy, the location is quiet, just perfect for a couple's weekend.

Our cabin is in a perfect and peaceful location. It is pristine, sparkling clean and all amenities are provided. We’ll return! We’ve stayed in every cabin for the past 10 years and it’s always our first choice. We also appreciate the communication and information we received.

Family members are staying here for the weekend, and I had the opportunity to visit them.

This cabin (one of several that apparently are available through this company) is very nice. Only 1 bedroom (king bed), but it seems very spacious and appears quite comfortable. The bathroom is pretty roomy as well.

There is a large living area with some nice amenities like a fireplace... but the television is a little small. The kitchen is set up to cook a full meal if desired, and a dishwasher will make clean-up easier.

The cost apparently was quite reasonable, but I have no idea what the seasonal rates are like or if there are any package deals available. I would definitely stay here for a night or three given the chance.

Their rental house in Reeds Spring, MO was amazing! We had two families stay there for 4 nights in late March-early April 2022. The house is SO spacious and very clean. The hot tub, outdoor pool, game room, & theatre room were are favorite parts of this house! Denise from Vacation Fun Times was super responsive and was able to turn up the heat for the pool right away when we requested it. So enjoyable for our families and so much room outside and inside. The two master bedrooms were awesome. The location was ideal for us - quiet and view was amazing, but also only 20 min to downtown Branson for shopping and fun! We would totally rent again in the future!

During a week long vacation my husband and I decided to go through Branson at the last minute. I called Lonesome Dove Log Cabins and Andy was awesome to work with. He had a cancellation and gave us the cabin at the off season rate. It was a cabin built for two and was near perfect. The owner is local and actually lives near the cabins. He was SUPER helpful in finding attractions and services in the area. You can tell he really wants to make your stay a positive and memorable one. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is there was not a chest of drawers or space to unpack and put up items from my suitcase and the bed was a queen size.

My boyfriend and I visited Lonesome Dove for his 37th birthday. I spoke to the owner Andy who had the Lakota cabin left and I booked it. Andy was so pleasant, friendly, and warm from the moment I spoke with him. You have to put half down for a down payment and pay the remaining balance when you get there. I did so and Andy mailed my receipt and instructions prior to our visit. It was easy to find and hidden away from the road, which we really liked. The cabin itself was such a treat and treasure. It was so cute, quaint, and cozy. We really really liked it. It has a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. The best part about the cabin was the jacuzzi tub! I can't say enough nice things about this place. There is a back deck/porch that looks over into the woods and a fireplace. Andy provides wood for you and you can choose between fire logs (where you just light the paper) or real wood. There is also a BBQ pit, but we didn't use it because it was too cold. The ONLY con that I have is that there is no wifi and the TV has a limited amount of channels. But it does have hookups (HDMI) so that if you wanted to bring a DVD player you could do so. I would definitely recommend staying at Lonesome Dove Log Cabins if you ever visit Branson. It's only a 10min drive into Branson.
