Very unhappy, I purchased a visa to visit Cuba in May 2019 & Still Have Not Received it !!! They took my $200.00 real quickly, but every time I call or visit it's a different story. I need the Visa & can't understand why it's taking so long !!! Not Happy at All !!!

Horrible Experience. Never send a package with them. My family never received the package that I send more than a month ago. I 've been waiting for my refund since then and every time I call they said that they do not have the check yet.

Anyway everybody's doing the same taking advantage of the pandemic charging people almost $1,000 for one way to fly to Cuba in 38 minutes it's unbelievable and then they criticize the Cuban government in Miami better shut their mouth and mind their own business
