Ridiculous!!! I've been here twice already at 5:30 and they tell me they can't attend me because they close at 6. They told me the system locks them out of the computer at 6 sharp..how advanced are the computers in Hialeah..not very. Can't make an appointment. They had 3 people working there and 4 people in line...only one person was attending customers. Don't waste your time coming here because you won't get anything done with these lazy people.

This VaCuba office is located in Hialeah Gardens, heavy traffic all around but it’s conveniently situated in a big Plaza with lots of parking spaces, I was treated like family, within minutes we were talking like we knew each other from a long time, the process of the passport renewal was explained thoroughly and they made sure that the phone number I gave them was the correct one.
Will come back for all the renewals and other services.

They are impossible to get a hold of… I renewed my Cuban passport in March and we are now in July and they have not given me a status update about the whereabouts of my passport. I’ve called multiple times I’ve sent them WhatsApp messages and no response.
