5-Star Review for Valentina-Our Phenomenal Wedding Planner

My husband and I can't say enough about Valentina! V went above and beyond from start to finish in planning and executing our dream wedding. Her experience within the industry was so clear from the moment we met her. She knew exactly how to navigate every part of the planning process, from managing timelines to recommending the best vendors. Being a first time fiancé (and now wifey?‍↔️), navigating the world of weddings is intimidating. V’s expertise in event planning and the wedding industry has essentially allowed us to work closely with other reputable vendors due to her strong relationships. And being able to work with this dream team of talented individuals helped us create the wedding of our dreams.

What really sets V apart from other wedding planners is her creativity, love for design, as well as her dedication to her clients- When we were trying to figure out different design options, I told V what I had envisioned everything to look. Instead of taking the vision and running with it, she took it and then sketched out different table arrangements and flower design options on her own time for me to then choose from. It meant a lot to me to have a wedding planner that is not only so passionate about design, but one that goes above and beyond to make sure she could deliver something for me that was as close to how I wanted it to be.

V was also brilliant about keeping in touch and communicating. My husband and I live in Seattle and had our wedding in San Diego and we needed a planner that was communicative and reliable. V always kept us informed in each step of the planning process and was transparent about what to expect while being very open-minded and receptive to our unique ideas as well. She always made sure we felt heard and understood and made us feel like our wedding was her number one priority.

A few weeks leading up to the wedding, I was unfortunately involved in a car accident and as overwhelmed as any bride can be leading up to their big day, V thought of everything she could think of to lessen the stress I was feeling on my end. Because my hand was in a cast and I still needed to write my vows, V offered to print, cut, and glue our vows into our vow books for us on the actual day. And on the day itself, our venue had quite a number of problems, but at no point did Valentina even show that these issues were happening; calm and composed, she took everything in stride, and we literally had nothing to bother or worry about because she had everything covered.

Valentina is professional and personable, organized, reliable with time management, and honestly the best wedding planner and friend we could’ve met in this industry. She is an absolute gem. My husband and I say all the time that she was the best investment we ever made for our wedding and if any future bride is looking for someone that goes out of their way and sees to it that everything is just the way you want it to be, then Valentina is the planner for you! We can’t recommend or thank her enough for all that she’s done for us.❤️❤️❤️

She brings an incredible energy and enthusiasm to the whole planning process while being extremely organized, efficient, and supportive. She has everything under control and makes a very stressful process manageable and straightforward. She also is an amazing wedding designer! She took our high level ideas and created a beautiful wedding - we trusted her with every decision and are so happy with how everything came together. Finally, she and her team were phenomenal during our wedding weekend. Everything went so smoothly - we never had to think about the details because we knew it was being handled. They are also a joy to be around and truly have your best interests at heart. We cannot recommend her enough!!

Valentina was absolutely amazing throughout our wedding process. She is so organized and timely with her responses, we always felt like we were supported and covered. On the day of our wedding, there was an issue with the wedding cake and she took care of it without us having to do anything. After speaking with multiple planners Valentina was the only one that made us feel comfortable and confident with everything she said she could do for us. We appreciated her ability to be upfront with us about anything throughout the process, and we always found her opinions to be knowledgeable and helpful! We felt so at ease on our wedding day due to her and her diligent team, and I was sad when I realized we had our last monthly meeting! As soon as we started talking to her, my husband and I knew immediately this is who we wanted to work with. We utilized the full wedding planning and design package and worked with Valentina for over a year up until our big day. She helped us refine our vision and determine what elements were most important to us, all while remaining respectful and conscientious of our budget. She worked hard to first understand the feel we wanted to give our guests, and then offer suggestions and insight on how to achieve our vision. We had the most beautiful wedding and definitely would not have been able to pull it off without Valentina! She took away all the stress and work of wedding planning and made it a fun, enjoyable experience. You can easily see how much she enjoys her role and wants to bring her couple’s dream weddings to life! As much as we enjoyed the planning process with her, we equally appreciated her presence on the big day. She was able to calm our nerves, make sure we were having fun, and check in on us all while coordinating and making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. We can’t imagine our wedding without V playing such an important role, and highly recommend her for anyone looking for a detail-oriented, hard working, and genuine wedding planner ?
