Sadie was an absolute find! She knows everything about weddings – from photographer recommendations, suit & bridal shops, jewelry stores, rentals, caterers – you name it.

She was incredibly organized and helped us prioritize what to book first and where to make decisions, so the entire process ran smoothly. We were so relieved to have Sadie's steady guidance and partnership. She helped us find our unique style and what we cared about and never oversteered.

We were so lucky, as well, to have her design all the flowers for our day. All the guests commented on the beautiful arch, arrangements, and decor. We asked Sadie to be as green and eco-friendly as possible, and she has existing relationships with local farms to make that happen.

Sadie was absolutely amazing. Not only she was an amazing talented professional, she’s also such a cool person. She made the whole process of planning our wedding fun and stress free. Sadie literally made our dreams come true. She was always very patient, responsive, and are in the know with the most current and fabulous trends. Her arch creation was above and beyond our vision. Sadie stepped in as our day-of coordinator five months before our wedding, after a date change meant our previous coordinator had to bow out. Despite the short notice, she and her team did an absolutely fantastic job preparing us for the wedding and handling everything that day, including providing beautiful and affordable floral arrangements (see photo of my bridal bouquet, which Sadie made herself). At every bump in the road, Sadie was smart, calm, competent and friendly: everything you could possibly want in a partner in a stressful situation. We could not recommend her or her work highly enough.

Sadie and her team were OUTSTANDING. She was incredibly thorough and professional and her design choices were beautiful. Our wedding day went flawlessly and we couldn't have done it without her. (We got numerous compliments from guests who noted how smooth things went and how 'perfectly timed' the evening was.) Y’all when I tell you to run and book with Vareus Events I mean it. Sadie is absolutely amazing and whenever my fiancé and I meet a newly engaged couple we always tell them to: 1. hire a wedding planner and 2. hire Sadie.

Sadie is someone who takes the time to understand each of her clients and translate their vision into action. She accompanied me on my dress shopping trips (a blessing) and helped me find the perfect dress on a super emotional day! Sadie gets that people are the priority and out of all people it is the couple who matters most. You need a vendor suggestion? She has 5 ready for you to review. You need a tasting buddy? She’s ready to roll and give her honest feedback.

We could not have made it this far in our planning without the extensive knowledge and support that Sadie provides. So do yourself a favor and hire Sadie as your person.
