Regina and her team were absolutely stellar! We had a Great Gatsby themed wedding about two weeks ago, and I'm pretty sure it was the best wedding most of our guests have ever attended! We're from Seattle, but originally from Chicago and Florida with friends and family scattered all over so Vegas was the perfect hub to get everyone together. If you're trying to do a destination wedding, even with a big guest list (we had about forty attend), Regina will take all that stress off your hands. Regina helped us with the wedding ceremony and reception, the rehearsal dinner, as well as room blocks, rental cars, and just about every component of the wedding except for rings and a dress!

Every vendor Regina connected us with was amazing. Our guests were impressed with everything: the officiant, the food, the cake, the entertainment (we had a magician at our rehearsal dinner), the bartender, the venue, the florals, and the photographer all have received multiple and specific compliments from our guests!

One major note for potential clients considering a planner: Regina was the only wedding planner that understood our goals and our budget and said "yes, I can get you what you want for that price". Everyone other company seemed to want/demand we raise our budget.

Regina and her team made the process so easy! For every vendor and detail, she would start by asking us some general questions and confirming the budget for that component. Then she would provide us with about 3-5 vendors that she felt would fit what we wanted and were in our budget along with direct information/proof regarding their previous work and why she felt each was a good option. Then we would visit each website/review the photos, discuss, pick our favorite, and Regina would take care of contacting and contracting them and we would move onto the next vendor. It was so easy!!

Regina helped ensure that we were happy with every component, before, during, and after the wedding. The day of coordinator, Julia, was a life saver! The bride remembers distinctly before the ceremony at the venue, and the mother of the bride was unhappy she had to wait until after the ceremony to get a cocktail (😂) and with Julia right there making sure everything was ok, all the bride had to do was turn to the side, and ask: "Julia, could you please ask the bartender to open the bar?" and she scurried away and took care of it! No effort needed, and now a very happy mother of the bride!

If you are even remotely considering a planner, do it! And pick this team! They will not let anything go wrong, or if something goes sideways you'll have no idea because they'll fix it before you even know! Stress free and beautiful wedding with only good memories from this amazing day.

Regina was wonderful, during what can be such a stressful, emotion driving time. She took us through everything at our speed. She made sure we understood what the process/days were going to entail and her and her team executed a beautiful, magnificent, and perfect day for my wife and I.

We attended my brother in law wedding planned by Regina and her coordinator Hayden! The wedding was wonderfully planned. Can’t say enough about the attention of details to making sure the guests are enjoying their night yet staying on the timeline. Hayden especially was amazing!! She interacted with the wedding guests and kids. As the party was wrapping up they offered instant noodles and we happened to missed it. Hayden was kind enough to get some for my son and his cousins from the kitchen! No hesitation in recommending this team for wedding planning.

Without a doubt, I 100% agree. I cannot say enough amazing things about Regina and the Vegas Weddings Planner team. My husband and I were working abroad on a cruise ship for 6 months leading up to our wedding with limited internet/cell reception, and I honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through planning and executing this absolutely perfect day without her. She went above and beyond to keep us on track every step of the way, making sure our vision would come to life with as little stress as possible. Her patience, communication, and attention to detail was OUTSTANDING. When the wedding day finally arrived after months of collaborating with Regina, I felt so at peace knowing everything would run smoothly. My jaw dropped when I saw how gorgeous the venue looked all set up. It was beyond my wildest expectations. Every detail was thought out and picture perfect. At one point in the night the strap on my dress broke and the assistant coordinator literally had professional tailoring experience, so she quickly and discreetly sewed it together. My parents paid for the planning services as a gift and we all agreed it was truly the best money they have ever spent. I am so incredibly grateful for everything Regina and her team at Vegas Weddings Planner did for us. I recommend them to everyone, and I can’t imagine having planned my wedding without Regina!

Ashley and Regina were such life-savers! We truly do not know what we would have done if we had not found their services for our wedding day. We threw so many curve balls at Ashley on the day of the wedding from music coordination, to decorations, to ceremony timing changes, and it was all handled with such grace and ease, and we never had to worry. Regina worked very hard to understand our cultural values and the requirements of our family to make our daughter's Hindu wedding a flawless and memorable one.

On the two days of events I did not have to worry about anything and she totally was in charge of coordination with the decor, photography, catering teams etc, among many other things that needed to get done for the events. Her team was very professional, caring, and hard working throughout.
I would definitely hire her again !

To start, if you are looking for a Wedding planner I suggest you stop your search and go with Regina at Las Vegas weddings Planner. She went above and beyond for me the moment I booked for her. A month before the wedding she had the whole plan and itineraries down in her notes. She took care of everything from confirming all my vendors and making sure everyone had what they needed and corresponding with the venue and keeping everyone in contact. She is very responsive, I’m talking in minutes she would write me or contact me back if I had any questions. She’s super sweet and she knows what she is doing, that’s 100%. She was the best coordinator I could ask for and I’m so glad I went with her. The wedding rehearsal went so smooth and everything turned out perfect . She is very organized which is a huge +1 planning a wedding because as you know it is very stressful and there are so many parts that go into everything. On the day of the wedding she brought three assistants because I had a guest list of 200 people. They were all super helpful throughout the whole process and the whole time they were there.
