Mary Foy when above and beyond not only planning my trip- but helping with all of the bumps along the way. My trip was too multiple stops in Europe and she helped me plan my travel in the most convenient and cost-effective way. My international flight back home was switched then delayed an entire day. From a different time zone, she was immediately on the phone with the airline and got me a new flight. Mary then followed up upon the issues, months after my trip until there was a resolution and I received travel points from the airline. Cannot express enough how dedicated she is and how happy I was with my experience. Will recommend to everyone!

We just got back from a Dominican all inclusive. I haven’t travelled internationally since before the pandemic and was weary of planning a vacation on my own, using the internet so I decided to use the services of a travel agent. Our vacation was a huge success and everything went without a hitch thanks to Ventresca travel. Mary was our agent and was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. We were thankful to have such an amazing vacation and such a painless experience planning all the details along the way.
Mary is an extremely experienced professional and super friendly person to deal with. We’re thankful to have met her and will definitely use Ventresca again for our next vacation. Nothing but good things to say about Our experience.

My family was traveling for a destination wedding to mexico, where Mary Foy was the travel advisor. I did not have to deal with her at all minus one single time, but that was enough for me. Our flight was cancelled about 5 hours prior to take off on our way home. Long story short, some of us needed to get home. We were given options, and my brother had no faith in Mary getting us home so he decided to book a different airline home that day. Mary should have offered ALL of us the option to get home that day on that same flight my brother got on, knowing that frontier is not reliable. Instead, our flight was rescheduled until the following day. While we were waiting for the shuttle to the airport the following day, our flight was delayed two hours. Once at the airport, now over 6 hours before we could check in, and thankfully we couldn’t, no fault of Mary’s, we had used my cellphone to give her a call. My phone was one of the only couple that was able to call out from mexico. The team at the agency was working hard to try and get us another flight out (all 13 of us) since our flight had now been delayed another 2 hours. (Scheduled for 1pm…delayed to 3…then 5:30). The awesome travel agent who spoke to my step mom told her to not count on getting out on our original scheduled flight and to try and book American, which she helped us do with ease! Our frontier flight ended up being cancelled AGAIN during booking our American flight… So why did Mary not foresee this and suggest us book anything else, especially the day before when we were suppose to fly out? This new travel advisor, I apologize I do not remember her name, was so helpful. We had to get a taxi over to our new terminal and felt like we finally were not stranded. Mary had called me AFTER we had checked into our new flight on american, stating that the new codes for our new flight were all sent to our email and we can start getting on the american flight. She also stated that she was not in the office so we could call the office and talk to someone else…. Ok, but that is your job.. Needless to say, I would stay away from Mary. We have our own travel advisor we are using for our destination wedding in the spring and would recommend solely her to everyone!!
