Kelly at Verge was my wedding planner, and she was wonderful! Very professional, knows the business, was able to recommend people and businesses when I was unsure, but was also happy to work with businesses I had chosen. Everyone she recommended (esp hair and makeup!) were fabulous, and she did a spectacular job making sure the day ran seamlessly. I did not have a lot of time for planning, as I started an MBA 6 mos before the wedding, and Kelly made it easy to make the decisions we needed to make when we needed to make them, and then I could let it sit on the back burner. Worth every penny! Definitely hire Verge Events for your wedding!

From our first introduction call down to the final moments of our wedding reception, Kelly worked her magic and supported us every step of the way for over a year.

She kept us on top of our to-do list without being pushy, always steered us toward the right decisions, and left us feeling stress-free after every meeting. I know she had plenty of other brides and weddings to plan, but I consistently felt as if I was the sole focus of her attention and energy, and she was extremely generous in her flexibility to work around our hectic schedules – even meeting in the evenings or on weekends. In addition, Kelly's knowledge of our venue and all of the best vendors in the area was invaluable. It felt like everyone we worked with was an extension of the Verge team, and she knew our venue like the back of her hand. If we were ever stuck on a decision, we would ask Kelly for her opinion and follow her recommendation without hesitation.

Once all of the planning was complete and wedding day arrived, Kelly's work didn't stop there. Where I was nervous, Kelly was calm and collected, checking in on me throughout the day. She made my husband and I feel like VIPs, from having our favorite drinks + plates of every hors d'oeuvre waiting for my husband and I as soon as we walked out of our ceremony so that we could take a private moment for ourselves, to carrying around my lip combo in her pocket for touch ups. We knew we would miss most of our cocktail hour to take pictures, so Kelly made sure to grab us each our signature cocktails so that she could offer us sips between photos. When the buffet opened up at our reception, she fixed us two plates full of every menu item and made a point to seat us at our table so that we would have time to eat and try everything we had selected. At the end of the night, she saw me struggling to put my heels back on beneath my dress and got down to buckle them up for me. She even packed our getaway car with to-go boxes of cake and food for a late-night snack. These are just a few of the "little" things you can expect from Verge that make a big difference in the client experience.

Overall, Kelly and Verge were such a joy to work with, and you'll be hard pressed to find a planning team that's more knowledgeable, professional, capable, and kind – every step of the way. I know my wedding day wouldn't have been the same without them. Out of the entire wedding process, choosing Verge as my planner was one of the best decisions I could have made.
