Hello, today I went to the weight station to get a load from a heavy truck. After waiting for more than two hours, the broker sent a forklift from this company. The extra load was loaded from another truck to my truck. When the job was done, the employee who brought the forklift blocked the road and said he would not get paid. He held the other trucks and us hostage at the weight station . He wanted $800. I said I was just coming to get a load and that I did not know about the forklift fee. I said I was hungry and wanted to go to the truck park. He blocked the road with his own vehicle and left us stranded. In addition to the photos, there are also videos of the incident since the truck has a security camera. If you do not want to wait in this cold and do not want to be deprived, stay away from this company.

Couldn't find a coolant reservoir cap anywhere for 100 miles and had to use a water bottle until this place saved the day. They had my part and gave me a discount. And their customer service was exceptional. I'd definitely come back!

I am so impressed with the kindness and generosity of Vernell's. We had a client who had locked herself out of her vehicle trying to get her daughter to her appointment. She was beside herself and did not have the finances to cover the cost of the locksmith. Our office knew that and thought we would pick up the tab, but when Vernell's learned of the scenario after the fact they kindly refunded/donated the service. It blessed the client beyond belief and us as well as a non-profit. Thank you to whomever made that call and especially during this time of year, it was more of a gift than likely realized for our client!

The place is amazing!! We live in indiana but do travel work laying laminate foors and our pickup truck broke down and they had it fixed in a couple of hours and didn't chage an arm and leg for the repair. I'm also so great full they were right next to our hotel so we didn't have to wait in a waiting room (and the waiting room was amazingly clean). They were so friendly and I would highly recommend them to fix your vehicle.

I was stranded, stuck in mud up to the fender of my truck, and they sent out a younger guy to get me...and it was not a safe or easy task. He could have at any point, given up and left me hanging, and he never did....and on top of that, he was able to pull me out unconventionally without damaging my truck. 12 out of 10!

I stated clearly to the phone representative that the vehicle was a small transit work van that slid about 6 ft off the driveway and just needed to be pulled onto the road, how you can justify $347 from that information and then turn around and deem it not enough information to determine the situation is beyond me, somebody is either lying or this is just bad business practice. And let's just play by your game and say that I didn't give them any information on the situation why is charging $347 the first thing you do that makes no sense. Why not inquire on more information on the situation. How is slapping somebody with a fat bill when they're in need for help appropriate, where's the customer service in that?

We're on the back end of a ice/ snowstorm and my work vehicle slid about 6 ft off of my driveway, my back tires were spinning on mud/ slush. These people wanted to charge me 347$ to pull my vehicle back on the road. This is an outrageous price to charge for such a small service. I declined the service and took my business elsewhere and found a much cheaper price.
