SCAMMERS ‼️ I had an extremely negative experience with Vertical Fleet Travel Agency and their representative named Austin. After being charged a hefty $500 fee to cancel a ticket worth $1700, I never received the promised refund. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, they conveniently chose to ignore me, leaving me out of pocket and without any resolution. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this agency, as my encounter with them has been nothing short of a complete scam.
