From the moment we booked VEVENTS as our wedding planners, we were blown away by their detailed, exciting, and prompt communication style. They were incredibly flexible in accommodating our needs and requests throughout the planning process. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - they were thorough, calm, and precise in their approach, yet always maintained an upbeat and organized demeanor. When there were a few wedding day "surprises", Victoria took charge and calmly made things work smoothly. VEVENTS made what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and enjoyable one. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication in helping us create the wedding of our dreams.

Victoria and Lexi were amazing and I could not have had my dream wedding without them. Victoria is kind, has a great sense of humor, is super easy going, an excellent communicator, and is incredible at her job! I was already pretty overwhelmed on my wedding day because of the event itself, so there's no way I could have made it through without Victoria taking care of all the details. I also had a pretty small floral budget, but Lexi absolutely nailed it and I had so many guests comment on how beautiful and elegant everything was. Thank you!!!

Victoria went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our wedding. She is truly an amazing human. Not only was she professional but she made me feel like Iโd known her for years and her vibes were very fitting for me and my husband. Great communication, showed up anytime I needed her and also made the communication with vendors easy. I will be sure to recommend her to anyone and everyone I know who plans to have a wedding. We worked with Lacey from VEVENTS to plan and execute our post-wedding party. While not as complex as a wedding, the planning was causing me a lot of anxiety and a mutual friend suggested I reach out to Lacey. Offloading a lot of the cognitive load to her was a huge relief. She has a detail oriented mind and asked the right questions and worked with vendors to make our party a success. On the day of the event she was solving problems I hadn't anticipated before I even realized there was a need. I highly recommend Lacey and the rest of the team (I attended a beautiful wedding the following weekend run by the full staff) for your planning needs!

Victoria and VEVENTS are exactly whom you need to hire if you are like us. For us, we had already done most of our wedding planning, but we needed someone to take over on the big day. We knew we'd be busy, and that we didn't want to burden our family. We decided to commit to hiring a day-of-coordinator, but we were on a budget.
We found VEVENTS to be very reasonably priced, and what we got was way more than we were expecting. Victoria and the whole team were sharp and professional, going above and beyond our needs in every way to make sure that we were taken care of during our wedding. Victoria covered every detail and took several meetings leading up to event to sync up with us. She took over communication with our vendors and took everything off of our plate. She met with us when we had vendor showcases. She offered her own things to help accommodate our polaroid station. She even gave us a ride one day when we ended up stranded far from transit at a warehouse. You get someone by your side every step of the way.
Beyond that, Victoria and the team are wonderfully kind and optimistic throughout the whole experience, keeping everything positive!
