It was a fun evening riding the water. A little chilly on the third deck, but inside was fine. Available to eat from the buffet was a garden salad, cooked carrots, scallop potatoes, chicken cordon blue, beef, Alfredo pasta, and cake.
Even though we were unable to go out the lake due to 3 foot waves, we stayed in the bay, and it was absolutely beautiful. A great view of Erie at night.

We went for the eclipse cruise on April 8th 2024. It was awesome! The Captain and Crew were energetic and excited, and made the adventure very fun. They had prepared Erie themed foods, a full bar and had a DJ with Eclipse/Sun themed music. The interior dining areas were warm (which was very welcome on a chilly day) and had lots of seating. The restrooms were clean. It was an absolutely wonderful experience!!

We had a wonderful time on the morning brunch cruise! The staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. The lake scenery was absolutely beautiful! We would highly recommend the Victorian Princess for all of the above and a wonderful cruise with an awesome captain! Thank you Mark C.!

My husband and I went on the Moonlight Cruise last August. The night was serene and the sky was clear with nice temperature. We had a table for two which ended up being a table for four - a couple asked if they could sit with us and we talked and laughed with them all cruise long! We shared snacks, took multiple pictures and videos and the two hours were well spent! There was good music, drinks and the atmosphere was enjoyable. This was our first time doing this but would love to go back this year, if possible.

On July 6th I purchase Latin Night Cruise tickets with expectations that led to disappointment and the worst experience. Upon arrival I assumed Tickets & ID's would be checked. That was not the case. The female employee at the entrance didn't ask for any info that would ensure the right person who made the purchased was the one boarding the boat. It was very unorganized, there were people everywhere, no boarding lines, or any intructions on what to do. Due to this it caused a delay which resulted to a late boarding.
Finally after everyone was boarded we waited for an hour to hear the announcement that we were not leaving the dock due to mechanical issues...broken belt. The catered food was very unpleasant as well as unappealing. An altercation ensued making the experience even worse. After the cruise line announced they would rescheduled for a return since no refunds were given we were asked to contact their company for further details. After contacting them I spoke to a woman by the named Betty. She was absolutely terrible to deal with, very rude, unsympathetic and unprofessional. I explained my experience on the boat and expressed I was not interested in rescheduling. The only upside to this experience was the DJ. His choice of music was great! This was my first and last experience with this specific cruise company, I will definitely not recommend this even if it was free.

My wife and I really enjoyed this experience. We did the sunset dinner cruise. The food was okay, but nothing overly exciting. The views and everything else were great. The staff was very friendly. There was live music on the top deck which helped set a relaxing mood for the 2 hour trip. We would definitely recommend this! Just don't set your bar too high for the food.

I actually haven’t cruised with the Victorian Princess, however I have reached out 5 times via the email on the website, sent a message through Facebook messenger, and have even had a message sent directly to the captain via a worker on the boat asking for information on hosting a private party on the Victoria. Princess. It has been an effort over a 7 month period. I have had no contact back from anyone.

Went on the sunset, dinner, band with dancing Saturday 13th. Very enjoyable, crew was outstanding, went up and beyond expectation. Lexi was so sweet and very attentive, A lot of beautiful pictures taken. Good food at a fair price. Similar to a wedding reception without the family drama.
