The worst people to have to deal with. Amy is extremely rude. Never returning her calls nor answering her emails. I’ve talk to the owner Tom a few times but the service never improves. I’m hoping our HOA runs away from this place as it cannot be quick enough. I would give negative stars if I could. Try paying your HOA dues and they make it impossible. They are closed for 10 days to two weeks so you can’t get in to pay them or get a receipt.

Everything was fine until we were assigned Lori Anderson. She couldn't pour water out of a boot with instructions on the bottom. This individual lacks basic management skills. Blames others for her shortcomings and makes her problems your problems. She needs to pack her desk up and be shown the door.

They harass home owners in high ridge village, and it looks like many others places too. We’ve gotten letters about a spot on our driveway, some green on the back of our mailbox, and multiple times for leaving the trash cans in front of our house for more than a few hours. Can’t wait to move!
