We called and scheduled for our large group. They worked with us on pricing. Our driver Simon was awesome!! He text before hand to introduce himself, was there on time and was super friendly and made sure we stayed safe. The bus was also clean and well kept. We will definitely use VIP in the future.

First time I've had a limo service and was amazing! The owner was super helpful. But the driver Otis was amazing!! Was better then I could help for. Was on time everywhere we needed to go. Definitely recommend him and a must next time I book. Went above and beyond to make my anniversary happen!

The WORST service ever. I should have known something was wrong when I was not provided any type of contract when I reserved my hummer limo in the first place. As I got closer to the date of my reservation, the man in the office (Mo) told me that he would call me with my limo driver's information. It took him an additional two days later to tell me who my driver was which was the late evening the day before my reservation. Then the day of my reservation I got a text message from Mo at about 7ish that said to CALL HIM as soon as I could. Why should I have to call him if there is something wrong? So...moving forward to the actual call. He proceeded to inform me that someone had puked in the hummer limo the night before and that he needed to have it cleaned. He let me know the cleaner would be there between 930 and 10am (my reservation is at 11am). So his solution was to provide me the Cadillac limo from 11am to 1:45pm at which time the other limo "might be ready." I work in property management and deal with carpet cleaning on a daily basis; there should not have been a problem for him to get the hummer limo to me by 1:45pm, but NOPE!!! What does my group of 14 people get? A VAN!!!!! Between the different excuses and change in stories during all the back and forths I had with Mo, I know that he was never going to give us the hummer limo and had every intention of providing us the VAN!!! My personal opinion in the matter is that he double booked the limo and that there was an evening reservation that he needed to get the limo to; betting there was a overlap in the two reservations, so we were never going to get the limo period. After speaking with other limo service companies that morning to find a backup limo service, I learned that VIP Limo does not have a good reputation and they were not surprised of what I was going through. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL....FIND SOMEONE ELSE THAT IS RELIABLE AND CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SERVICES THAT YOU REQUEST and WON'T SCREW YOU OVER THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT!!!!!

Limo was nice and so was the price. Its hard to find that combination. Would definitely recommend to my friends and anyone else. Driver showed up a little late but that's because there was a little confusion on both our parts. Didn't take away from the experience though. Rocky was a great chauffer.

We called and were quoted $295 for a trip to the Golden One center for a concert. Advised them we would need them to wait for the concert to be over they said no problem and that it would be the same cost. We received our credit card statement and not only did they charge us more they charged us twice - once for $100 and then once for $385.00 ?we called twice left message didn't hear back then we called and finally have spoken to someone twice and each time they tell us they will resolve it and call us back this was for Nov 29th we gave them long enough to take care of it. We filed a claim with the bank and we just suggest to MAKE sure you get the price they quote in writing!
