If I could give more than five stars, I would. Planning a destination wedding is no small feat, but when you have the right person guiding you through the process, it becomes a journey filled with excitement, joy, and ultimately, pure magic. That’s exactly what Stephanie at Vic’s L’Event created for us—an experience that was nothing short of extraordinary.

From the moment we started working together, she made us feel like family. Wedding planning, especially for a destination wedding in Italy, can be overwhelming, but she was always there—not just as a planner but as a friend. She was available for every little stress, every moment of anxiety, and every question (no matter how small). She truly understands that planning a wedding is not just about logistics—it’s about emotions, relationships, and making sure everyone involved feels included and valued.

One of the most incredible things about working with her was her dedication to finding us the perfect venue. In the beginning we were unsure if we wanted to get married in North Carolina, Tennessee, Italy, or Greece and without Stephanie we would still be trying to figure that out. She didn’t just give us a handful of options; she curated a list of over 50 stunning venues across these locations, considering every detail we wanted—ambiance, accessibility, guest experience, and, of course, breathtaking beauty. This was HUGE because we had never even been to Italy, let alone know where to even start looking. She walked us through the pros and cons of each, helped us narrow them down, and ultimately led us to the venue that felt like it was made just for us. I can confidently say that without her, we would never have found the place that became the backdrop of the most important day of our lives.

When it came to family participation, she was a godsend. As anyone who has planned a wedding knows, balancing family involvement can be tricky, but she handled it with such grace. She made sure everyone felt heard while keeping the focus on what we wanted. She acted as a bridge between different opinions and ideas, always ensuring that decisions were made with love and clarity.

She also planned the most amazing welcome dinner and rehearsal dinner, which perfectly set the tone for the wedding week. Instead of a formal rehearsal dinner, she created a fun, laid-back pizza, wine, and gelato night that still felt incredibly special. It was relaxed, filled with laughter, and gave everyone a chance to unwind and connect before the big day. Every little touch—from the personalized pizza menus to the local wine pairings—made it feel so us. It was the perfect way to welcome our guests and kick off the celebrations in true Italian style.

And then came the wedding day itself—flawless. There just aren’t enough words to even describe this day. Every single detail, from the floral arrangements and decor to the cocktail hour and table settings, was executed with perfection. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She had everything under control, and that allowed me to be fully present, soaking in every second of my wedding day without stress or distraction. Knowing she was there, handling everything behind the scenes, gave me a level of peace I didn’t think was possible on such an important day. I can honestly say my stress was at a 0.

I can’t emphasize enough how much of an impact she had on this entire experience. She is more than just a wedding planner—she is a visionary, a problem solver, a calming presence, and now a lifelong friend. If you are considering working with her, don’t hesitate for a second. She will give you a wedding beyond your wildest dreams, and most importantly, she will make sure you enjoy the process of getting there.

Italy was the perfect setting for our love story, and she was the person who made it all come to life. I will forever be grateful for her talent, dedication, and how special she made the most important day of our lives. We love you Stephanie & Viva L’Event!!

From the very first phone call, I knew Stephanie was the right planner for us. She made us feel so special and we really felt she would create a wedding unique to us! We had Stephanie and the Viva team plan our whole wedding weekend and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. Stephanie and her team have made our wedding planning experience amazing. We are so thankful that we picked Stephanie as she has been so helpful in rescheduling our wedding due to COVID. What would normally be a very stressful situation was so easy. When the situation was developing, Stephanie guided us into making decisions. She told us what we would need to do if we wanted to proceed with the original date and helped us when we were going back and forth on what to do. Stephanie coordinated with all of the vendors to get confirmation that our new date would work for the whole team.
