Gerald and I enjoyed our experience at this Walgreens location, however the reason why I only give a 4/5 ⭐️ rating is because of their lack of selection of liquor. 🥃

However they had a great selection of tourist selection items.

Today is the day before the hurricane is supposed to be hitting Florida. As most stores are closing for understandable safety reasons Walgreens was still open. Trying to plan and prepare THE BEST I COULD as I still had to work and arrived from out of town, I tried calling Walgreens multiple times to find out store hours, but could not get a hold of anyone. So I arrived at Walgreens at 11:50 AM after work and a very rude employee was outside telling me I could not enter because they closed at 12. I understood why they were closing. I told him I just needed to grab ONE quick item of over-the-counter medication. With a very aggressive attitude he said no you cannot enter the store because we close at 12. He kept continuing to be rude. I said it’s 1150 and I need to grab one thing and he continued to not let me into the store. That being said, again I understand completely why the store was closing, however there is a way NICER way to treat a people. Especially in moments of panic a day before disaster. If you’re gonna close at 12, then close the doors at 12 not before.

I will NEVER be returning to another Walgreens as I’ve kept my mouth shut about multiple experiences that have happened. This was the final straw.

Frequent traveler worst Walgreens I’ve been to in 15 U.S states, can’t tell if the manager is running the store & waiting for next drug deal. Needs some professionalism

The old Spanish speaking cashier lady is very rude along with the tall dark haired guy who’s last name begins with a V. I believe it’s Vera, Vega or Vena. They both took turns watching me from down the aisle without greeting me or asking if I needed any help. They then sent the store manager to approach me to pretend to ask if I needed help. Then I hear and see the old Spanish speaking lady and Vera/Vega/or Vena guy snickering and making rude comments in Spanish about customers including myself. I purposely didn’t buy anything inside of my shopping cart due to the mistreatment from this location which barely had anything that I originally needed. And according to other reviews, the rude old woman needs to lose her position here.

Went to this store twice over a weekend in Orlando, and had two extra items added onto my bill that I definitely did not purchase. A total of about $20. Cashier told me I was only able to get an emailed receipt, & unfortunately I didn’t check my email to see my receipt until after I was home.. Beware, the cashier is stealing from customer and store. Store manager has been made aware and my efforts have been ignored.

Beware of this pharmacy if you are trying to do a prescription transfer. I submitted a rx transfer to this Walgreens through the app from another Walgreens because of travels. It took 3 days for them to even work the transfer and another 2 days to get it ordered because they did not have it in stock. Because Walgreens only allows one transfer, I was stuck and obligated to this store. This Walgreens caused me to experience medication outage related medical symptoms because of their slow response. I am working with peers on my end to determine what further action if necessary is needed to remediate the wrong experienced here.
