A few weeks ago my daughter & son-in-law (Renee & Kyle)were married at Warehouse 435. Overall, it was a beautiful day and this venue was the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Warehouse 435's 'behind-the-scenes' support was timely and very instrumental with ensuring the day went smoothly. We highly recommend this place as a wedding venue. Definitely have this place on your list to check out, if you're wanting an indoor venue. A few highlights:

There is plenty of off street parking
Meeting spaces inside are beautiful, so minimal decorations go a long way!

My husband and I just had our wedding here this past Saturday. I am so glad we chose this venue. We needed to do very little decorating as the interior itself is just gorgeous, especially the reception room. Our guests really loved the whole look. I highly recommend hiring Dana as your day of coordinator on top of booking this venue. She made set up, the wedding itself, and clean up a breeze. She ran the rehearsal which was a massive help. The whole experience at Warehouse435 was 10/10!!!!

What an incredible venue and team! My husband and I got married here and we had the most amazing experience. Len, Suzie, and Dana are so helpful, accommodating, and are very responsive. Warehouse 435 is an AMAZING EVENT Venue! Hipster, industrial chic located in urban downtown Lebanon. Not what you might expect to find, but you can be certain that this space will serve you well for a an incredible evening of dining and dancing. All of our guests truly appreciated the uniqueness of the space and beauty that we were able to create on site. There is plenty of room to service more than 100 guests with a cocktail reception area, dance floor and catered dining area.

We booked the warehouse almost six months in advance which gave us plenty of time to create exactly what we wanted. Suzie the Owner was helpful in customizing the space to our needs. We worked with Festive Board Catering and Sound Results Entertainment. Both of these vendors are highly recommended for this Venue. They know exactly what to do.

There was plenty of parking available and even though it was a hot, humid Summer evening, it was beautiful inside the Venue. They also allowed us into the Venue early in the day to use the 2nd floor suite for hair dressing (highly recommended).

It is always tough to negotiate exactly what you need for an Event months in advance, but it is important to get everything in writing with Warehouse 435 so that there is no confusion about the terms and pricing of the services. It is highly likely that you will need much more than 6 hours to make the Event successful.

Warehouse 435 is an outstanding choice for creating an exceptionally unique space that for whatever type of Event you are conducting. The building has a long (50-year history) of industrial production. With its exceptional renovation, your guests can enjoy something very special together.

This venue combines industrial with elegance. I was fortunate to DJ/MC at a wedding there with Boom Room Productions. The lighting brought the already beautiful atmosphere to life. For an industrial building, the acoustics were very good. There were also plenty of power outlets for equipment.
Loading in is a breeze. They have ramps leading to both main area. Free parking on the property is always a plus for me. I'm looking forward to DJing there again.

Warehouse435 was way better than we ever could have imagined! I fell in love with their aesthetic and was thrilled to be able to have both our ceremony and reception in one space without a lot of moving around.
The space is so beautiful that I needs little decor but they were very accommodating to anything we wanted to add.
Hire the day of coordinator!! Kaytee was such a joy to work with and went way above and beyond the duties of a “day of” coordinator. I expected her to only show vendors where to set up and tell people where to go but she helped us work through our timeline, messaged our vendors ahead of time to make sure they were prepared, and did most of the decorating. She was super fun and even made some TikTok’s with us so we had some videos to look back on soon after the wedding.
I can’t recommend Warehouse435 enough! More than worth picking a venue 1.5 hrs away 🙂
