This room was so clean and so nice and the location was really great. The room came with a full kitchen with dishes, silverware you know, kitchen things. The bathroom was really clean. The balcony that came in my room was a really nice view of like the trees and the bed was amazingly soft. I really enjoyed my stay here. I really have no complaints at all. It was just a really nice place. I will definitely come back.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! I could not have asked for a better place to spend a few days away. Staff was great! Rooms are incredible. We will definitely be back. If there was only one thing I was disappointed about was the fact the pool was not open yet. I wish I would have known ahead of time.

This is a great hotel & it's close to all the local attractions.
The room was very clean & had much more than average hotel rooms.
We had a range top, a full size fridge, a large microwave, a washer & dryer & a big screen tv.
All the employees were extremely polite & friendly.
My only complaint is that the sound from walking across the wood floor carries a little too well from room to room.
We could hear every footstep from our neighboring room & it was an extremely loud booming that sounded like a giant walking around.
We realized that we needed to walk softly & almost tip toe to keep from making a similar sound on our floor.
But, that's not always going to be a problem if your neighbors are respectful & aware of the volume of their footsteps.
The rest of this hotel was fantastic & we will definitely return when we go back to Huntsville.

My daughter and I were in town for the myositis moonwalk. This was a great location. the room was above expectation. Comfortable, all of the amenities were greatly appreciated. Full kitchen, large TVs and especially the washer dryer. I will definitely stay here again. If you're looking for a place for your family vacation it's a great place to stay.

I never leave reviews because one persons experience is not a good way to measure what another will encounter. This hotel is new and clean but that is all there is to it. I left a pair of shoes (brand new) in the room I stayed in. While I take accountability for leaving the shoes, there was no initiative in helping find a course of action in locating them. I called three times asking about them (all within a reasonable time after leaving them) and there were no clear answers. They kept stating that they would give me a call back and never did. I would have just liked to hear that the shoes were no longer in the place I left them, nor in the lost and found. Which means they were stolen, but I wasn’t even looking for that answer. I just wanted to know they were not available for me to come and get. But they couldn’t even give me that. If you feel confident that nothing will go wrong during your stay, book it. But if anything were to happen, I can’t say that the staff would be very helpful. They were in no way rude, but their lack of care and willingness to help was very disappointing. I understand it’s just shoes and not something super important, but at the end of the day, my personal belongings vanished in their care. It would have been nice to have someone with a little bit of empathy and wanting to help.

Perfect hotel!! Super clean and comfortable!! We got to pre-check-in, which saved a lot of time. The front desk folks were so professional and friendly. The coffee in the lobby was also wonderful. We don't really expect to come back to Huntsville any time soon, but if we do, this is where we'll stay.

Stayed in two bedroom king with a balcony. Nice stay. Very quiet. Front desk was friendly. Went to a show at the Orion Amphitheater which was a close Uber. Close to food and stores. There is a small gas station across the street. I will definitely stay again.

Id like to say that Stephanie and Jaylon have top tier customer service 10/10. Stephanie accommodated me and I absolutely loved that. Jaylon had a line of people when we got here to check in. He was courteous, didn't get frustrated, was VERY friendly, and fast. He also gave us good restaurant recommendations. Of course we'd return here. The rooms are everything.
