Lady in front of me in line purchased cigarettes employee asked for no id once I got up there to purchase cigarettes immediately asked for my id I stated you did not ask the other lady for her id she stated she didn’t have to and would not serve me if I didn’t show her my id and also called the manager up there who also stated it’s by discretion I’m pretty sure it was because I’m black and the other lady was white

This has nothing to do with the employees. Wawa however, should definitely keep adding to their menu and add more ways to get your food. This way the few workers are over worked under paid and all the food is late. Stood at Wawa this morning watching the employees running around trying their best. Unfortunately I had to wait 30 minutes for a burrito. Again, the employees are great. Wawa needs to fix some logistical issues.

Poorly managed. Ran out of mayo and then could not tape the wrap shut on the sandwich. No forks. Asked for a bag at the check out and the cashier say it's there and points to one on the counter. We had to put our own items in the bag. What sorry customer service. Will go out of my way next time.

Part of my order was missing. I see one of the older employees making it, then it gets passed on to a younger employee telling us our order is ready. I just assume the bowl was put in the same bag as my mac and cheese, we get back home and the bowl I ordered was missing. I call the store, they say its here. Its been 20 minutes now, I ask the person behind the counter if they can remake my order and he shoo's me away saying "I just put it up 5 minutes ago." It was cold. Not to mention the younger employees loudly gossipping about stuff in a unprofessional manner. Overall poor experience.

Convenient location, normal convenience store items with gas pumps but also has full deli with a large hot & cold menu. A special drink station for smoothies and milkshakes!!
BECCA is my go-to girl with food orders. Her pleasant manners and overall customer service ethics are remarkable! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Expired tickets are always left on shelves and they don't honor the prices. They need to do better with removing them. Staff is always yelling to each other and unprofessional at night. This location needs an overall change of management.

I do NOT appreciate the way I was treaded by an employee named iesha or how ever you spell it .. He was the rudest person with the worst attitude I even came encounter with at a wawa.ever in my life. As well as complaining very loud about a situation with a customer that was on the phone I thought that was very inappropriate. She should not be working at wawa or any customer service field ever ..he should be fired immediately .. wawa should definitely follow up with her customer skill as this was not professional nor acceptable.
