Heather and Mary Therese were AMAZING! I can say enough how seamless the day went! I was so relaxed and had zero stress the entire day! We cannot recommend Heather at We Weddings enough. She is a must for making your big day smooth and stress free!

We booked her for her month-of services, but she really went WAY above with communication beginning well before that. We utilized a hybrid between the Honeybook website and a shared Google drive for creating our timeline, organizing vendor information, and information sharing decor set-up and table seatings. She was very organized and thought of every minute detail that I know we would have forgotten if it was not for her! Many of our vendors even commented on how she was the most organized and thorough planner that they had ever worked with.
On the day of, every detail was exactly how we imagined and even better. Heather was so helpful setting everything up and bringing our vision to life. She was professional and SO helpful the day-off. She was able to handle a rogue vendor who showed up that was not hired, was available to make a last minute liquor run when our guests were thirstier than anticipated, and even had time to grab us food/drinks when off taking photos- making our entire day stress-free and allowing us to enjoy every second of our big day.

Hiring Heather at We Weddings was one of our best decisions during the entire process. Thank you so much for an unforgettable day!

I hired Heather for my wedding on September 2022 at the Erie Zoo. I knew logistically it would be a difficult planning venue considering the zoo had only a couple weddings, which were before 2020, and I had not planned a large event where I had to bring in all my own vendors.
