My husband and I got married in September 2021 and Ulla was the first person we called. She and her team were AMAZING through every step of the process. She had relationships with all the best local vendors as well as her own rentals. We ended up using her mobile bar, Sparkles, and our guests loved it. She was incredibly quick to respond anytime we had a question and gave us great checklists to make sure we were staying on track through the planning.

Ulla was so friendly and funny during the rehearsal - she put us all at ease and make sure everything was perfectly timed. The wedding day went perfectly smooth as far as I was aware (if there were any problems she and her team solved them without anyone knowing otherwise!)

We could not have possibly gotten luckier with a wedding coordinator. Wedding Moab was the best resource we had for our wedding; they made it easy, relaxing, and FUN! We love Ulla and her whole team!

It has been a few months since we got married and every day we look back at an amazingly well organized day... Days to be honest, as we celebrated three days of happiness in Moab!

Ulla is pro-active, comes up with the most brilliant ideas and thanks to her broad range of local contacts, she knows how to turn any challenge into a success! She rallied all the locals for our special adventure!
The whole hog from Spitfire Smoke House, beer from Moab Brewery, photographer Angela Hays, the RV's from Moab Trailer Rentals and the singer & bartender Shannon Meredith..! And all the hard work in the background without being 'present on the scene' is unbelievable! What a team altogether!

The private location she has arranged for our group of 70 people, including RV's for all of our overseas' guests, the ceremony location at Dead Horse Point State park and all the necessities like groceries, drinks, games, chairs, rugs, and the list goes on and on...

I can truly recommend Wedding Moab to anyone who wants to create the most unforgettable moments in life!

Ulla and her team exceeded all expectations we had when planning a destination wedding in Moab all the way from North Carolina. Her quick communication, organization and thinking on her toes ensured our wedding went smoothly. We had a last minute location change the day before the wedding due to how busy Arches was during spring break and jeep safari. Ulla (as well as our photographer Angela Hays) were quick and diligent in finding a new location, one that absolutely blew us and our guests away! It was likely more serene, peaceful and beautiful than our original spot in Arches!
We are so thankful we had Ulla and team- it was truly a spectacular wedding and experience! Let her work her magic and take your stresses away!

I cannot thank Ulla and her team enough for all they did to make our wedding our dream come true! We used a number of their rentals that were absolutely gorgeous. Like any wedding we had a few hiccups (like running out of ice, certain dinnerware wasn’t cleaned prior) that she was able to work with other vendors and get corrected without us ever knowing!! She was so open and honest to help us set our expectations from the beginning that everything went seamless. Her connection to all-things weddings and her knowledge of the Moab area is a game changer. She is an incredible soul and someone we cannot recommend enough - we look forward to catching up with her on our next trip to Moab!

It wasn’t easy planning a wedding from Miami during a global pandemic, but they made it possible! From the wedding ceremony in Arches National Park to the cocktail hour and reception at the Red Earth avenue featuring rentals from Moab Event Services, Ulla and her team thought of every detail, executed them flawlessly, and greatly exceeded our expectations. They even made sure to provide additional fans and umbrellas to keep our guests cool and comfortable due to the high temperatures and full sun that day!
