I love this place.
We have been here 4 times and the staff have always been friendly and the rooms always clean and comfortable.
The staff made my stay here one of the only good parts about my trip and I truly thank them.

Reasonably priced. Eric the A/V guy for the conference was SUPER helpful! Staff who checked us in and helped us with questions were very friendly and accommodating when I asked for extra cushion underneath the bedsheet. Loved the pool/hot tub, as well as gym and raquetball access! Total bonus. Can't wait to stay here again 🙂

They only get 2 stars for service. Because I did get the extra towels and extra blanket, but when complaining about the kids screaming and yelling and running up and on the hallway, right in front of my door I was just told that is a family floor.
I booked a room as a single person.Not sure why they placed me on a floor that was going to be extremely uncomfortably disturbingly loud!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The common areas are very nice, the fitness center (racket ball and basketball included?) and pool are great. The actual room on the other hand; very average... Tables were dirty, bed and pillows were uncomfortable, sheets were rough, TV was small with far less channels than advertised on provided guide, and bathroom was kind of cramped.

The hotel is very classy. It provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable price; I'd definitely call it a hidden gem. I was there for a conference and the staff did a great job - I'd consider going back just for a vacation trip and will recommend to friends & family.

The room was spacious, clean, well kept. Nice employees. Cool local historical site. Fantastic building features. Reasonable room rates. Cool gym facilities. Interesting location. Buffet was alright. Coffee was meh. Pillows were ok!

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks. I had a unique experience with the hotel however that mindset was changed in the best way possible. Mel at the restaurant bar was probably the highlight of my whole trip. She truly is a rock star at her job. It’s not often bar staff give a genuine connection to their customers

My experience with Mel has made leaving wellsworth a difficult one

I was there for a conference and brought my kids with me. They were able to have fun while I attended the conference. My kids enjoyed the pool, the gym, and walking around the hotel. They did learn a good deal about the optical world by just walking around the hotel.
