I can't speak highly enough of Sydney and the team at West and Madison Events! My partner and I were recently married (September 2024) in Temecula and we are immensely grateful we had Sydney with us on our big day.

Leading up to the day, Sydney jumped right in with my other vendors and took over communicating details with everyone--relieving me of those last minute annoying emails and totally taking charge. The rehearsal day and wedding day, she was seriously a rockstar and made my vision a reality. All of the little details were laid out better than I had hoped and she checked in with us frequently to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and that we didn't need anything. All of our other vendors also commented how great she was to work with which is an awesome bonus!

After the event, Sydney and her assistant packed up all of our items for us and made sure that literally nothing was left behind! My mom was so bummed thinking we had forgotten the namecards at the venue only to look in our bins the next day and saw that Sydney had saved them all for us!

Everything was handled with such care and attention to detail--we seriously can't recommend West and Madison Events/Sydney enough. Thanks for making our wedding day the best day ever!!

My wedding venue parted ways with their original coordinator several months before my wedding and then started their contract with West and Madison Events 3 weeks before the big day.

Sydney Roth was assigned as my lead coordinator and I can't say enough wonderful things about her! From the first meeting, she was attentive, professional, and truly listened to our vision. She also assured me that everything would work out and get done in time, even with the limited time we had. She went above and beyond in every aspect and truly did help with last-minute details.

What stood out most was her calm demeanor and problem-solving skills on the big day! She took care of everything so that we could just relax and enjoy the moment.
