Excellent service from Aaron. Gave us good instructions, tracked our flight and arrived within 5 minutes of our call on exiting the airport. Friendly, knowledgeable and gave us good information about the area on our drive to Flagstaff airport. Glad we didn't hire and drive out of busy Phoenix ourselves after arriving tired from England !
Stopped for a break on the trip, but he supplied water and candy too.
Really recommend Western Shuttle rather than the, from reviews I've read unreliable larger companies.

We had an amazing experience with Mr. Bliss on our wine and kayak tour in Cottonwood! His enthusiasm and knowledge made the day truly special. The kayak tour was beautiful and relaxing, and the wine tasting at the local rooms was delightful. Mr. Bliss's friendly personality added so much to our adventure. Aaron was exceptional. Kind, timely, knowledgeable, and easy going. Was in a pretty remote area of Sedona and was seriously struggling with transportation to town and excursions until I found them. The service was super easy to text for pick up and Aaron was a built in tour guide free of charge. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience with Aaron. Pick-up was easy. The ride was smooth, and he brought waters. The real cherry on top was when I learned he returned the sweater I left behind. Definitely would recommend.

When I called to set up the reservation, it was so easy and I was completely reassured that all would be good. True to their promise, my son was safely delivered from the Phoenix airport all the way to our hotel in Sedona. He said the driver was great - professional but super pleasant to chat with. Worth every penny I spent so my son could join us on the trip.

I had an excellent experience using Western Express Shuttle with Jeffrey as my driver. It was a stress- free trip from the Phoenix airport to Sedona and then from Sedona to Surprise. Jeffrey was on time, accommodating, a great driver with a comfortable, spotless car, easy to talk to and overall using this shuttle service made my trip much more enjoyable. The reservation process was also awesome & easy. Highly recommend!

Cain was an amazing driver! Was a few minutes early which was greatly appreciated. Private transportation from Camp Verde to the Phoenix airport was perfect. Great customer service, responsive and they cared about your travel experience with them. Without hesitation I will using their service again. Job well done to the Western Express team. 😁
