Cydney was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day. She came highly recommended from our DJ and it was easy to see why from our first conversation over a year before the wedding. As soon as our day of coordinator services started, she hit the ground running by taking over all vendor communication flawlessly, giving advice and guidance for our venue layout, and execution of an amazing event timeline. She made us feel so important as a couple throughout the process and at ease as a bride when I started feeling stressed. Her knowledge of the industry and expertise shows, I truly couldn’t imagine our day without her and Westgate Events. Cydney went above and beyond when planning our wedding! We got married at a private estate, which had never been used as a venue before - we were starting from scratch. Cydney helped bring my vision to life and knew the exact vendors to use to do it. With her organizational skills, the planning process was seamless. She was also very personable, gave advice when needed, and listened to what we wanted. Cydney was easy to talk to, took away the stress, and made the whole process fun. Our wedding was 3 weeks ago, and dare I say... I actually miss wedding planning only because now I can't text Cydney all of the time!
Before I met her, I had interviewed several other wedding planners in the Phoenix area and didn't really click with any. One of the managers at my wedding venue highly recommended I reach out to Cydney, and that was the best decision I ever made!

Our wedding day was literally seamless without any hiccups, and I can't tell you how many of our guests complimented us on having her as our wedding planner.

She called the week of our wedding to make sure we knew she had everything under control, and for us to kick back and relax while all the pieces were falling into place.

One of the greatest gifts Cydney provided was the ability for us to be fully present on our wedding day. She took care of all the behind-the-scenes details, handling any questions or issues that arose with vendors, while we were blissfully unaware. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing that Cydney had everything under control. She even ran up to our room multiple times on our wedding day/night to make sure our dog was taken care of and took him out for bathroom breaks.

We cannot sing Cydney's praises enough. She is the best in the industry. She is worth her weight in diamonds! Cydney at Westgate Events in Arizona carried out a dream destination wedding for my daughter Claire and her husband Adrian! Everything was perfection from start to finish!

Cydney is organized, professional, knowledgeable and is very well respected in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, AZ area. Vendors all love working with her, and she and her team are the best in the business!

Westgate Events even assisted us with an engagement photo shoot at an AZ venue the summer prior to the 2024 wedding!

The March 2024 wedding was at Mountain Shadows in Paradise Valley, AZ which is a lovely place to get married! We took advantage of the outdoor lawn area with Camelback Mountain in the background for the ceremony, outdoor area for cocktails and appetizers, upstairs on the terrace for a formal sit down dinner, then we used the indoor ballroom for the fun dance reception. First Dance was held on the dinner terrace with special lighting and sparklers! We did the cake cutting inside and around 10 p.m. had late night bites and espresso martinis for our guests! Every detail was arranged by Cydney at Westgate Events with Input from us. We had a wonderful time putting it all together with Cydney and were so grateful for everything she did to make it all come together perfectly!

Friends and family have been telling us "It was the best wedding ever!!", which we give full credit to Cydney and Westgate Events! Bravo!
