I found the travel trailer online, sent an email and Stan responded immediately. He answered all my questions, and sent me every picture I asked for. He even slid all the slides in and sent me a video of how it looks while in travel mode, per my request!

I wasn’t going to be home for 2 weeks, he placed the unit on hold for me (with a small deposit). I then worked with Caroline and she was very patient with me gathering all the information required because we had also had a trade. The application process was easy, they were very transparent and accommodating.

We arrived 2 weeks later, it was wet and cold. They didn’t cancel on us, Stan made sure we got everything we asked for and everything else we bought installed (not free but very well priced). The walk through was thorough, they even walked us through an issue we had at home while filling the fresh water tank. They helped us over the phone, no charge, and they didn’t make us feel stupid and were very understanding.

If we ever decide to upgrade we will return to Wheels RV. Thank you all for making our experience pleasant!

My husband and I recently purchased an RV from Wheels. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. We worked with Brittany Ward. She was knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. Initially there were a few floor plans we were interested in (Grand Design Imagine) Pricing was straightforward, we had a trade in. Caroline in finance was great to work with as well. No hidden fees. Our service technician, Bo provided a thorough walk through and moved items we had added from our old rv to the new one, no problem.
