I was quite disappointed with my experience with Whitt Ross. I felt as though I was never a priority client because we had a budget (albeit a modestly high one) that we tried to stick to. Leading up to the day, we were constantly promised things that were not true or not within budget, she was always late to meetings, and she never made us feel like a priority - even a week away from the wedding. When there were a lot of mishaps, shortcomings, and big disappointments on the wedding day itself - for example, sending our videographers home before our cake cutting without consulting us, leading to a very important part of our day completely missing from the expensive video service we paid for - all we wanted was some accountability and genuine apologies. However we were met with an abrasive and rude attitude that proved our feelings all along: we were nothing more than an “easy” check for this planning company, and the extra effort some other clients received aligned with their extraordinarily high budget. My husband and I to this day are still so upset with how things turned out due to the performance of Whitt Ross as our planners. It is not a day we look back on fondly, especially in the aftermath of finding out all the missed details, carelessness, and lack of sincerity shown by our planner. I would not recommend them unless you have an extremely high budget and you don’t care too much about your special day.

I've worked with both Gina & Camille for years, and they are truly *best of the best* separately. Together, they are unstoppable! They have an incredible creative vision, and most importantly know how to execute even the most complicated luxury events and guest experiences. You can not go wrong with Whitt Ross!
