This place was absolutely disgusting. There were stains all over the bedsheets. The room did not have a shower curtain. There was blood on the floor by the mirror, along with a huge pile of mud and dirt all over the floor. The room smelled like cigarettes. And there was a lady down in the main lobby who was obnoxiously loud and very underdressed Playing on the arcade games in the corner.

i enjoyed myself, pool and hot tub was relaxing. Our room was comfy. But the best part for us was breakfast by Mrs Lee and her amazing partner (forgive me i didn't caught her name) between the delicious fresh breakfast daily. they definitely made u feel at home like visiting family.

If I could give it a zero I would. The front desk lady was nice and tried her best to give me a clean room with heat but the room was nasty and I left the next day. I cleaned with Clorox wipes and alcohol and put a towel on the toilet seat to protect myself and my family from the disgust. The room is very outdated and dirty. I also saw a man smoking in his room with the door open and irs supposed to be non smoking. I do not recommend this place.

We had booked a room at this hotel through expedia for an out of town job we were doing. Upon check in it was found that the bedding had holes, the mattress cover was filthy and the fan light in bathroom was disgusting. We checked out within an hour of arriving and had to change hotels. When it was brought to the attention of the front desk we were disregarded and told to take it up with expedia. We reached out to expedia this morning for a refund. They contacted the front desk at hotel and were told the room was inspected and fine. Photos do not lie.

Room is cozy for a short stay.. bed is soft and comfortable. And the shower is nice and powerful with great hot water.. will recommend. And if you like to shop the shopping center is right across the street and TGIF is next door for a great meal…

I want to start by saying I know you get what you pay for but no one should pay and get this. I booked online and when I got there I got my key and went to my room and the place from the outside looks so run down and gross. When I got to my room I was met with a pungent smell of weed, the room was filthy the bed sheets were dirty, there was used dental floss and paint under the sink the tub was dirty, holes and drawing on the walls just over all gave me such a bad feeling so I went to the front desk and asked for a different room and the front desk guy was very willing to give me a different room but I felt so sick to my stomach about how the room looked and how it was clearly not cleaned at least not properly and I ended up not staying the night there bc I truly had a bad feeling about it and did not feel safe.

smh, this place is quite literally raunchy. first room had no bedding on it so they moved me to another room where 1. the door connecting to another room did not close and there was a family staying in the next room. 2. burn holes in the bedding 3. the tub was literally black and filled with dirt. it was disgusting and should immediately be shut down fr fr. ZERO stars.

Positive: The fact that we were able to cancel it as soon as we saw the room. Negative: So much - It was so old, lots of things were broken or damaged, and it reeked of smoke. The tub looked so bad. The outside was also not clean, and it was just creepy. It may have been a 1 star at best, NOT a 3 star like it was rated.
