Loved my visit there!
Full of life and meaning!
Not a large museum by any means, but since it is free it nice to wander around and check the pieces of art that are on display.
Great coffee shop as well.

Even though one of the big rooms was empty when we went, they still had a fascinating selection of artwork. They're always changing exhibits around so there's always something new to see. Plus, you can't beat free! Highly recommend this place. It's small but worth the trip to the center of campus

Revolving exhibits. Docent led tours. Located in center of UConn. I'm sure locals haven't thought of making a visit. Great UConn resource for teaching and regular visits
I highly recommend this museum as a CT charm.
I especially like Faculty, grad student shows. Great to witness our talented staff and students.

Terrible communication on hours. Called on Friday June 4 and asked if the CT Art Trail Passport would be available on Sunday June 13 when I planned to visit. They said it took about a week or two to get it so there is not guarantee but I could still be hopeful that it may be available on the Sunday I come in. And come in I did only to find out now they close on Sundays. Very disappointing services. Don’t be fooled by their automated system that says weekends hours. It’s just Saturdays.

I was the President of the UConn Chamber Orchestra Club from 2016 - 2018. The Benton was kind enough to host multiple concerts of ours. They are good people and the museum is also great to observe.

It was open house at Uconn so we visited. There was not many things open to see at the school for an open house which was surprising. However, the president of our country was there Friday and I guarantee he saw more.
