Willowbrook was such a beautiful venue to have our wedding! Rick and Caitlyn were always just an email away. Caitlyn especially was so helpful weeks leading up to the wedding, as well as wedding day. She was around when we stayed on site the night before to help with anything we may need. Staying at the Bunkhouse with my bridesmaids Friday night was definitely a core memory for me! It was so nice to wake up and head right over to the bridal suite. It’s so cool they have overnight accommodations available. All of our guests truly could not rave more about how beautiful the venue was. Willowbrook is so stunning and some of the greenery/background of our photos looks fake because of how pretty it is. Our guests also could not get over how amazing the food was! Everyone who I’ve heard from said it was the best food at a wedding they’ve ever had, and so many people commented on how great family style was. The waitstaff was also amazing. We had trouble with our bus company at the end of the night and Alyssa went above and beyond by offering and riding home some of our bridal party… so thankful for her! Thank you Willowbrook!!!

We hosted our wedding at Willowbrook on October 14, 2023 for 120 guests, and it was an absolute dream come true!

The venue's picturesque setting provided a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The updates the JPC Event Group team have made to the venue are fantastic! They truly have thought of everything, and their charming romantic touches can be seen all over the grounds.

Rick was a joy to work with. He really gets to know each of his couples and he made us feel so comfortable from the start. Rick and the rest of JPC team were professional, responsive, and dedicated to making our wedding vision a reality. They guided us through the planning process with expertise, offering valuable suggestions and accommodating our every request.

The food was also absolutely incredible! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious menu, and the catering team ensured that everyone's dietary preferences were taken into account.

Overall, our wedding day at Willowbrook was nothing short of magical. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are grateful to the entire team for their hard work and attention to detail.

I'm not even sure where to start with Willowbrook, I'm Minister Ronald Cambest and I have performed well over a thousand weddings in the Pittsburgh tri-state area.

Willowbrook is one of the most elegant and beautiful venues I've ever been to. I live almost an hour away and I never turned on a wedding there that should tell you something about how great Willowbrook truly is.

Karen, the owner, is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. She is so sweet and kind and every time I preside over a ceremony at Willowbrook, Karen is always taking time to sit down and talk with me and even my wife at times.

Sara, Kim, and Olivia are fantastic at what they do. At some wedding venues I have to worry about coordinating the day because to be honest, some coordinators don't really have the skills. That's not what happens at Willowbrook.

One of the reasons I never turn down a ceremony at Willowbrook is because of the staff. I know that all I have to do is work with our couples to create their perfect ceremony and Willowbrook will do all the rest. Even down to the setup coordinators they really do a fantastic job.

Take it from someone who relies on then used to be professional elegant and wonderful that Willowbrook is the venue you want if you want to trouble free and gorgeous wedding.

My only complaint would be, I want to be on the preferred vendors list, lol.

My daughter’s wedding was July 3, 2024. The one star rating is based on a few issues during the course of the event. First off let me start with the venue is beautiful and the food was very good….for the guests that were actually served dinner. We had a sit down family style dinner but unfortunately there was a large table that was not served their food….even after I mentioned that they had not been served. My acknowledgment of this was not addressed. Our guests were still eating as the servers were removing the food from the table. (Very disrespectful) the table that was not served was actually served dessert before they finally brought dinner to them. And again, their food was taken away before they were done. During the reception the DJ lost power for 35 min while the woman who was supposed to be in charge was not on the premises. After that fiasco, the music was playing and people were enjoying themselves and the bartenders decided it was time for last call. 45 min before the reception was over. Last call lasted for 10 min and the bartenders closed and left. The one bartender complained to guests the whole time about how loud the DJ was,..again very inappropriate, as this is his job! Once the night was over. The leftover food was placed behind the bar without any of our knowledge it was there. I can’t even express how disappointed we were when we literally spent thousands of dollars to ensure a wonderful and stress free night. This isn’t rocket science. It’s your job. The food was very good and the service was absolutely horrible. It’s taken some time to write this review and yes the owners where aware the next day of what happened. I went back and forth on my decision to write such a review and thought it needed to be done.

Nice place. Needs a bit of upkeep on the grounds. Washing and tree trimming go a long way.
*After the lengthily reply I will add my response or clarifications:
The venue was very nice, the guest quarters are also very classy and well kept.
I feel for guest safety maybe some better lighting around the outside and to and from the lots would help too.
The property was well maintained, i just pointed out 2 things that stood out to me. I have a customer service mindset, so it was more a suggestion rather than a complaint as it seems it was taken.
In my experience a long defensive reply tends to show aggression, so consider that when replying to a review.
Either way, keep up the good work, I think you operated just fine.

We reached out to host our wedding at this venue a year ago. We toured and were ready to book— the last step was the tasting. We had been communicating with Richard via phone calls and emails. The night before the tasting, the venue canceled the tasting on us and then completely ghosted us. We reached out multiple times- called, texted, emailed, and they ghosted us. We thought they had closed. Turns out, they just decided to cut off all communication. It was massively stressful and unprofessional, considering that I thought I had found my venue and had canceled other tours. I had to restart my venue search.

Luckily, I found a much better venue that was much more responsive and professional. I would not ever book at this venue— our experience was horrible.
