Amazingly friendly, warm, welcoming staff that accommodated all requests and still were happy to help with others. Rooms are very clean and linens and towels are fresh bright white, and made me feel comfortable actually using them! Breakfast was very full of guests but the variety and assortment of items available and steadily refilled was amazing! Was able to check in late and even requested a late check out with no extra fee. Nice to see a Pet Friendly Hotel that doesn't charge a nonrefundable fee of $60+! Plus size is an Indoor Pool that is well maintained as well as a small Workout Center available to use whenever you want! Would highly recommend and will stay again!

First of all Brook was phenomenal! What an amazing representation of the people of Clearfield! She was so friendly and helpful as my weary eyes approached her counter at 3:00 am after a 7 hour drive.
As someone who raised my children here and who loves this small community it was so nice to be greeted with such genuine kindness and courtesy.
Next cleanliness! I have stayed at luxury resorts to budget friendly motels and hotels and by far the cleanliness of this hotel ranks up there with the same quality as 5 star hotels I have stayed at.
My mom is laid to rest here so I often try to stop if I drive home and I cannot recommend this place enough!
Affordable, amazing staff and so very clean.
I awoke at 5:00 am and went to my car only to find Brook cleaning the breakfast area that was already spotless. Her friendly conversation and altruistic personality just warmed my heart.
I don’t know her position or her pay but quality employees like her deserve the company recognition! What a sheer delight!

Great hotel. Very clean and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I asked for milk because I don’t use creamer for my coffee and it was after breakfast. A staff member went to the back and got me milk. An example of their great customer service for a guest. They got mad good chocolate chip cookies for guests as well as a nice pool and good breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel! Excellent customer service and you won’t be disappointed.

Very clean and comfortable. Beds a little soft but comfy ….and the air felt dry. It was nice and quiet. The gym is very small. They have a pool but we didn’t use. Breakfast was ok. It was a typical hotel breakfast. Eggs were good. Coffee not good!|Overall great stay.

We stopped here for the night on our way to New Jersey and coming back from New Jersey. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our little Maltese, Martini, and the staff on duty treated him really well. Overall, it was very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel for a good night's rest.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Customer service was top notch. I stayed alone with 3 kids and a dog, I felt very safe, gas stations and restaurants were near by. Hotel is remolding so some parts weren't exactly perfect but the rest was beautiful. The breakfast could have been better but for free is was just fine. My only complaint was having to take my dog through the lobby, I would have appreciated a side door. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel on Christmas Eve and loved it. Great capacious room with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing. I forgot my laptop bag in the room while checking out, but we called the hotel and the staff kept it for us to pick it up. I would want to thank Jen and Tracey for being very helpful in protecting our bag as well as being very caring while providing instructions. Kudos to them.||Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and would love to stay here again.

The housekeeping having sticky theif fingers is what got it the lower rating. Stole a winning lottery ticket and my pain medication from my room. Brook was the best experience. She was friendly and helpful. Morning shift seems nice. 2nd shift on 4/3 just had a lost look on her face to have a customer in front of her. If you stay here, keep ALL your valuables with you! And now I know exactly why they make you sign a waiver for theft at check in!
