I had troubles with a payment not going through on the app, but the bank said it went through ok. Dave Johnson was able to help me get it resolved quickly and easily. I would only say there should be a way to reverse pending charge when appropriate immediately. However my service experience was great.

I was very pleased with the assistance received from agent John Williams. He was able to confirm all the flights and seat assignments, and was able to handle the check in with boarding passes for each leg. His assistance put me at ease that everything was in order and I was ready for the trip as planned. He was also extremely courteous and patient throughout the call.

Ken was amazing….I was dealing with the loss of my sister and ken got me taken care of with no problems! He went above and beyond to get me taken care of and even checked back with me to make sure i had everything I needed. Two days into my trip I was diagnosed with pneumonia and needed to change my flight he handled all of that as well and even got me a wheelchair to assist me in getting to my connecting flight in vegas. I can not tell you what a Blessing Ken has been to me in these troubled times for me! He is a great asset to your company and he deserves a raise
