I was very disappointed with the lack of freshness of my food, given I had to wait an additional 10 minutes past the time the confirmation noted it would be ready. There was no apology or acknowledgment that they did not honor the original time, even though he saw me sitting there waiting inside the store. Also I requested the wings to be well done and they were soft. The wings were also freezer burned (see picture), I was hoping they wouldn’t taste freezer burned but they absolutely did. The sweet tea tasted like they haven’t cleaned the canister since they opened the restaurant and they didn’t even have trash bins inside the store, so people left their trash on the same counter where they pass out people’s food. The service was not welcoming and it seems like they’re used to taking customers for granted. There are so many other wing stop locations that I would strongly recommend not patronizing this location, as this experience seems like the norm. Wing stop charges too much to offer this type of experience at any location.

My family adores this Wingstop over all the other Wingstop, why? Because the service is always great, the wings always fantastic and the place sparkingly clean. The ownership here has the their crew working perfectly and the food is always hot and fresh and on time. Good job Wingstop!

I came in to place an order and it was packed. Seemed backed up to oblivion but I was prepared to wait. They took about 5 or so minutes to take me order, with about 2 employees casually attending to other matters right in front of me. I was patient given that it was backed up, but they still made me wait longer than I needed. Poor service. I didn't care that I needed to wait half an hour for the food to come. What's important is that as I was ordering, a woman screamed from behind me and I saw a rat frantically running around. The cashier immediately left me alone to go deal with the rat, as he should. No way am I ordering food from that place after that. Don't go there. Hillside is my hometown and It seems the place has gone downhill.

First and foremost, I had tried to give them a chance because last time the food was hard but, this time they ordered want they wanted to ordered. I asked for 10 bone in barbecue wings but, he gave me tenders. I ordered some chicken parmesan tenders but, he rung me up for a chicken sandwich. I repeatedly told him I wanted tenders however, he made it seem like he could not hear me. I am not deaf because he kept making hand gestures like really, this place is not good ! I wasted my money on this never again.

The wings are smaller in this location than the Northlake location, and they also seem to use less sauce in their wings. In comparison to this location and Northlake, for example, Northlake's buffalo wings have extra sauce so I can dunk my wing for that extra boost of flavor, whereas this location leaves them almost dry.

They don't gonna start your order until you show up at the store and pay. Not matter if they told you over the phone what your order will be ready on 15 minutes. People place orders over the phone to avoid the wait. If the guy let me know my order is not ready and I have to wait another 15 minutes before he grab my money I'm sure I just walk out of the store.

I ordered my food on my wing stop app as I normally do I picked my families food and placed our order the wing stop app accepted the payment and sent me a confirmation following that I received the confirmation from DoorDash saying that my driver was headed to the restaurant upon his arrival. The restaurant told him that they would not be completing my order because they were getting ready to close not that they were closed but almost close, and that they refuse to make the order so I called Wingstop myself the guy was so rude And so nasty it was so upsetting. I was just trying to get a clear understanding as to why the order was even placed. if the restaurant was done receiving orders for the night, he told me to contact DoorDash or Uber eats or whoever and get my refund then hung up the phone in my face. I then called DoorDash. They cannot help me so now $50 is gone and my family still has no food. What a great way to spend. Christmas Eve I’m sorry to say but all the people working at Hillside location are terrible. I just want my refund.

Thank you to the fab crew for the great wings and the great hospitality and me and my family will be back now CT week again. This is my new fav wings place and it’s the service and taste that makes you guys winners!!!
