I recently had to rent a U-Haul van on very short notice to move some large items from MA to CT in one day. I came here as a total fluke and I'm very happy I did. The service was fast, clear, professional, and friendly. Their store had an impressive selection as well!

The van that we rented was almost new! Less than 15k miles and handled amazingly well, but most of all, they took very good care of us on pricing and billing. Just treat the machine with respect and care, and this place will take great care of you.

I'll definitely be back!

I rented a uhaul van here in July to help move out of my old apartment and had a great experience. Service was prompt, van was in great shape, and they even helped me with the rental order to save some money. I ended up having to keep the van an extra night because of some traffic on the way back from NYC and thought my rental price would shoot up. I was very happy with their help!

Stopped in for a U-Haul rental, and ended up grabbing some bird feed as well while I was there. Laid back and friendly place.

Good experience all around, and I'm grateful they had a van available to rent as well, as it was very last minute on my part.

Couldn't be bothered. I practically pleaded with the person I talked to pick up my mower in Sandy Hook, offered more money, etc. He wasn't interested in helping me.

You want to support local business but then businesses like this don't demonstrate even the basic customer support you'd get at an impersonal big box retailer.

They did a beautiful job servicing my ride on mower. I brought it in at peak time when they were super busy, and even though this was the case, they still repaired the main problem l was having and got it ready to use for the year. It was super clean when it was returned ( they didn’t have to do this), and it has been running very well ever since.
Also, I feel we were charged a fair price.
I will definitely do business here again.

There aren't many places left like this anymore. If you are looking for a big box store, go elsewhere. this is small and family run. I went for the uhaul and got a nice clean truck. i think overall this is more farm store than uhaul center, uhaul just happens to be one of the things that they do. I get the funny feeling, though, that if i was to ask a question about chicken rearing i would get good, practical ol' yankee farmer kind of advice. This place will give you a good chance to see how a business used to be run. I think you have to slow down for a minute to appreciate that, but if you stop long enough you will see the value in it. These are the kind of places that deserve our support.

These people looked at & fixed our generator during sandy when nobody else would even talk to us. They were working at night to get people up & running. I had two young kids at home & the generator was needed. Great place-great people-great service. This 20 year old generator is purring as i write this . It has never been working better.....even when new. The only place to go.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are a model for other businesses to learn from

Anyone else ever have a problem with #uhaul rental from Woodbury Farm & Feed?
We rented a van and drove 31 miles and onboard computer clocked my driving at over 18 mpg, so I put 2 gallons back into van and they still charged me over $5 for a gallon of gas that I supposedly used. I was very continuous to not leaving the van running. I called to explain and asked that the owner correct the mistake and he was very rude and made no effort to correct his mistake. I can and will certainly take my business elsewhere for my family of 4, 2 dogs and 2 horses.
