My husband and I ate at Woodie's Luncheonette for the first time today.
The food was homemade, delicious and very affordable. The portions were decently sized.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to asking questions.
The atmosphere was relaxing.
We are happy found a new restsurant to add to our rotation!

Got a cheeseburger and fries and gravy to go..... they didn't give me raw onion which I requested and the cheeseburger was so dry I almost choked trying to eat it. No amount of ketchup helped. I believe it was made waaaay ahead of time and nuked to reheat.
Worst I ever had. Extremely dry.
The fries had a burned taste to them, and I gave them to my dogs.
Never again.

I have nothing more to say than if you’re really hungry and you are looking for something excellent to eat Woodies is the place to go either eat in or delivery!! I’ve never been disappointed with anything that I’ve ordered. He also makes the best cheeseburgers and his French fries and fresh cut !!

The pizza with sweet sauce is the best !! As are his every day specials!

We go as often as we can. Hard to come by a local restaurant with a comfortable homey atmosphere, hard to come by a local restaurant with home cooked meals and not frozen food, hard to come by reasonable prices and a generous amount of food and hard to come by a knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. That being said, Woodies has it all. The food is absolutely delicious and made fresh. The service is always outstanding and the prices compared to other local restaurants is very reasonable especially for the amount of food you get. I always have to take some home and have a treat either later that day or the next. I highly recommend Woodies to anyone who is looking for all the above.

Food is great ... just allow yourself a little extra time... because their food is so good.. sometimes there a little wait... but it's worth it....
