The hotel was clean and nice looking, but bring extra cash. There are only 2 bath towels in the room. Clean ones cost $3 and don't worry of you run out of toilet paper because they will sell you more for $2 a roll. At 5am, when I was preparing to leave for work, a fire alarm was going off. It showed the room number in the screen by the front door but there apparently was no staff onsite and it couldn't be connected to the fire department. In the half hour until I left nobody ever came to check on it

We Spent 3 months here waiting to get an apartment. It was a very convenient location and nice accommodations for the price. Chaz always went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and to make our stay pleasant with his kind and friendly service. I recommended the hotel to many people during our stay here. If the need ever arose again we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Absolutely terrible. Booked for a month because they had a “deal”

Allow me to list all the issues I experienced during my stay.

The whole building is not taken care of or cleaned regularly. It looks nice on the surface but everything is dirty. No one has vacuumed the hallways once since I’ve been here. The only thing I’ve seen is they mop the floors near the entrance and elevators.

Building STINKS. Smells like a mix of body odor and old garbage in the hallways.

Employees smoke cigarettes with the door open allowing smoke to waft into the stairwell.

Free coffee is TERRIBLE and also never out on time.

Employees are curt, rude and lazy.

Internet is HORRIBLE, essentially worthless.

Fire alarms went off for nearly 30 minutes one night, and they evacuated the hotel only for there to have not even been a fire.

Floors are not insulated at all you can hear every footstep of the people above you.

Toilet in my room does not refill with water unless you take the top off the tank and shake the mechanism inside, so you have to do that every time you flush the toilet.

Whoever owns this place needs to audit the people working here because they have no idea what they’re doing. What a dump!

Regardless of these issues I asked to extend my stay for a week, because life is tough right now and I’m in between places.

Get this: They refused to extend my stay without giving any specific reason! I was told “note from the manager says do not extend”

So this place refuses to maintain the building and then refuses money from paying customers? The people who run this hotel must be smoking crack or something.

Not the worst place i've ever been, been here for about 3 months. Maybe longer and uh couldn't see myself anywhere else, get to hang out with a lot of good people outside while I smoke, and the entertainment factor is always spot on, the only thing is, if you are going to stay here. Try to deal with anybody, but Eli as he is very standoffish. And almost makes it like he is better than you or anybody in the building. As he will not greet you warmly, everybody else in the building is great warming and always a smiling face to see.

I made a reservation thursday for Sunday , they took my reservation but when I showed up they didn't have my reservation on file. The girl at the desk was extremely Rude to myself and our party and walked away on her cell phone and wouldn't help us . This is unacceptable as I made a reservation but they completely dropped the ball and left us with no room and said they were over booked . I called the night before and was told the room would be available tomorrow at 3 pm but the girl at the front desk ask would not help us further and started complaining about us the guests . I would not recommend anyone staying at this unprofessional staffed hotel.

Avoid if you possibly can. Unless, of course, you need a place that tolerates certain lifestyles. When I arrived the room was in the process of being 'cleaned' and was never completed. I have requested housekeeping every day, the last four days, and crickets. When I ask the desk manager I'm told I'm on the list. This place is most definitely off my list.

Bad stay there. I reserved for a month and paid weekly. The big guy at desk tried to up charge me just because I asked for my room cards to be charged and it bothered him. If he doesn’t like u asking for help he will tack on fees to your room and lock u out! I would stay clear of here. Plus if u leave early the younger dark hair girl will not refund your money no matter what. I left to a different hotel to avoid this horrible one
