Good room but HORRIBLE STAFFS.
The room was decent — you get what you pay for. That being said:

1. The walls are very thin, so noise travels easily.
2. The kitchen was completely empty — no plates, cups, utensils, nothing at all. What for?

3. The room itself was clean and had a pleasant smell.

However, the woman working the day shift (appeared to be in her 40s-50s) was a major downside to the experience. Her attitude was far from professional — loud, rude, and aggressive. Rather than helping guests who were confused, she acted as though she owned the place. Her attitude and her manner don’t make her a good fit in the hospitality industry. I honestly don’t understand how or why she was hired.

I have been traveling a lot in the past months and this is the only first time I experienced such rude staff. The HR should really check on her.

I stayed and currently still do stay here for now, for over two weeks. Manager is super friendly and helpful, especially in shitty situations. We have no complaints. Just do what is asked, be on time with payments as arraigned so he isn't made out to be a bad guy, and the rest of staff is helpful as can be.

Cons: Music outside late/early morning. Nothing the hotel can really control.

In my opinion this was one of the better spots I have stayed. For the price you get a large bed as well as refrigerator and 2 burner cook top and sink. Most hotels don't even have a refrigerator.

Clean room, fair price! Kitchenette with no utensils made no sense... you can rent some from the front desk. Guess that's how they lower the cost of the room...

Second time staying here - never again. NO SECURITY- main doors never locked, anybody can just walk in. This time bugs in room - NO reason to ask for another room - if bugs in one - bugs in all.

No hair dryer. I woke up with the smell of the food cooking next door. Seems like there are people lives there on the 4th floor. Never again sorry. We even woke up because of the fire alarm. Probably due to the people cooking and not having a good ventilation.

Let me start by saying if you can avoid staying at this place PLEASE do not go here this place has no empathy for people. The place is dirty and they do not care about your family well being. When we arrived at the place and we got the room we notice that the air conditioning unit was not working and there was another ac unit laying on the floor, we went back down to the attendant to let her know the situation, she gave us another room now everything seemed to be fine until it was time to sleep, we noticed that the air conditioning unit was not working again we let her know the situation one more time she took like 40 minutes come to the room and check it out now at this point we were so frustrated because it was nearly mid night and we were out of a room I have 2 little kids and we are stranded, the attendant did not do anything to help us at all instead we got into an argument and basically she said for us to get out and she even called the cops when I said we will leave just give me the money back she refused and told us to leave after we paid now is 12 midnight and we were out of a hotel with 2 kids please people stay out from this place after speaking to the police department the officer said this place this people do not cooperate with them and there is prostitution and drugs that happens there please do not put your family at risk we will reach out to an attorney a hopefully sue this place
