Jamie and the team were very helpful in finding me a great deal on flights and accommodations for my recent trip to New Zealand. She answered my frantic last-minute calls and was able to ease my worries whenever things came up. There were no hiccups at all, and Jamie had expertise knowledge for when we planned the flights: despite many delays, I didn't miss a single connecting flight! Monika booked us the perfect 10-day trip to Greece. Hellenic culture & 4 night Aegan Cruise. Everything included. All pick-ups & transfers were bang on. Monika even included whatsapp #'s in case of problems. This was not needed as everything went as outlined. Monika explained the itinerary in detail & answered all of our questions. She made sure we were comfortable with all of the arrangements. This was a very busy action packed vacation that we absolutely ? loved. Rancho Luna Cienfuegos Cuba. Resort was interesting, lacking of pop, salt, pepper, with food shortages throughout the whole island it's understandable bring your own snacks. But the view the water was great if your wanting to relax this is a place to do it.

My husband & I just returned from a marvelous Scenic Azure Luxury River Cruise on the Douro River in Portugal. The staff aboard was exemplary in all their activities, our Butler looked after our every need. The Excursions were geared to half or whole day excursions. Winery tours were fascinating, especially with the wine tasting amongst the huge barrels of wine &/or Port.
The meals were both a la cart, or buffet - with the exception of dinner.
The Chef, was present to help with choices, & remembered my husband's like of seafood from our first night.
Our tour guides were very knowledgeable & patient with those moving slower than others, or who had questions.
Jacqueline Newton was our capable Travel Agent from Woodstock Travel. She is extremely competent & willing to help with choices to be made. We have already booked another cruise through Jacqueline & Woodstock Travel for Feb., 2025.

Jacqueline Newton was recommended to us when we decided to book a trip to Scotland. My wife and I sat down with Jacqueline and reviewed what our interests and "would like to haves" were and what our budget was. She proceeded to put together a package that was everything we were hoping to do and see during our 10 days there. She was always available to answer any inquiries we had. (once while she herself was on vacation)
We were extremely pleased and had a fantastic time, she provided a lot of additional site seeing information and travel tips.
