We booked the Yard and Sea event space for a birthday party and had an incredible experience. Jason and the Yard and Sea team were a huge help in planning the event and offered valuable suggestions along the way. Everything about Yard and Sea is 5 stars - the management team, the venue, the design flexibility of the event space, the event vendors that you can hire, and just the overall vibe.
I would highly recommend Yard and Sea for any type of event as their team is great at creating a customized experience while going above and beyond to make it special.

I worked with Jason as a mini golf vendor on one of his events he organized, and it was such a smooth experience working with him. He is so accommodating, and goes out of his way to make his events a good experience for everyone involved, guests and vendors alike.

I put on a hundred person yoga event with the help of Yard & Sea and it was better than I could have imagined. Jason is the BEST--he's communicative, super knowledgeable about event management and the local ins and outs, is very well connected, and is generally just a supportive person who's a delight to work with. I had never put on an event, and I was doing it on my own, but Jason really became a partner in it. He secured a stunning outdoor space for the event, had all of the larger supplies I needed (tables, coolers, etc.), and was helpful with every step. Any time someone asks me for an event space or coordinator, I send them to Yard & Sea. 11/10 recommend!

We were looking for a party venue with a yard to host my son's 8th birthday party that was a Nerf War theme. We found Yard/Sea and had tons of fun! This was the easiest party to throw as the venue is full service, organized, and had everything we needed (and far more that we didn't use). Jason and his team we beyond helpful to make the party a success and care deeply about being a premier service provider! We highly recommend to all for any event type!!

I utilized Yard & Sea for a work event and the space was exactly what we needed. It is a great flex space and there is a ton of room to set it up and customize the layout depending on your event. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and helped make our event great. I'd highly recommend Yard & Sea as an event space!

There are truly no words to express the gratitude I have for Jason and the support he provided for my event. I couldn’t have done it without him. He made a point to understand every detail of the event, helping to execute my vision perfectly. Jason was incredibly detail-oriented, going above and beyond to make all my guests feel like VIPs. Amazing atmosphere!

The Gym has great astro turf for indoor grass drills without the sun beating you down, with an option to clog outside on actual grass and do the same WITH the sun beating down on you. Literally 1 block away from the beach, so you could show off your progress. Also, conveniently located across from Mavericks bar and grill, just in case your work out didn't mellow you down enough.

Also an amazing venue for gatherings or parties! Jason goes above and beyond to help out with the event. He is more than willing to help out with advice, spots or just motivation! Great place and an all around amazing vibe!

Jason and his group provide the best experiences. I’ve been to multiple gatherings and parties with Yard and Sea and always had a great time! Venues have always been top notch and laid out to maximize the space and fun times to be had. The best!
