we just got back to our Air BNB after our sunset cruise with Captain Alex and I had to instantly write a review. Alex was incredible! My husband and I are in the thousand islands celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and I wanted to surprise him with a just us boat ride for the sunset. After some research and review stalking, i landed on Your Wave Tours. Alex was so kind and accommodating since our first call all thr way through to the end of the tour. His knowledge and personal touch during the ride was second to none. I absolutely will be contacting Alex again whenever we bring our kids next.

If you're even thinking about a personal boat tour, look no further.This is hands down the BEST.

Captain Alex is awesome! You really have to experience Thousand Islands from the water and fall in love with the river.

I am just not a fan of crowds or a big tour boat. Alex personalized our time on the river and was flexible enough we could have stopped wherever we wanted. This is definatly the way to go!

Skilled, safe professional.. very knowledgeable about the area and so friendly! His pontoon bost was clean and well maintained.

Top-tier experience that I would highly recommend to everyone. Captain Alex was fantastic and made our bachelorette party boat tour one for the books. He was very kind and helpful, played the perfect variety of music, and gave us a wonderful tour of the 1,000 islands! One of the highlights was when the Cupid Shuffle came on and he stopped the boat for a quick dance party! We definitely will be taking a boat tour here again 🙂

We booked a 5 hour tour 11-4pm. Brought a cooler with drinks and lunch. Toured all over thousand islands. Stopped multiple times for swimming. Great sandy beach at potters, felt like your in Florida. Alex was a great captain. Boat was new and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend taking a tour with Your Wave!! Capt. Alex took our group out for a bachelorette party and it was the best day. Great communication through the booking and easy pick up day of. Alex knew all the best spots to go and told us all about the area. We brought food and drinks and Alex had the best playlist. We would definitely go back to Thousand Islands and do this again! Thanks Capt. Alex!!!

John is AMAZING!!! He's super friendly and very accommodating. Not only did he work it so he could give us a same day sunset to he gladly helped get my wife in a wheelchair safely down the dock into the boat and back. Hard to find a kinder, caring more understanding person. He loves the area and it clearly shows. I can't imagine find anyone better. When we come back to the area we without a doubt will be giving him a call. Thank you John for the wonderful experience!!

Captain Alex was a great tour guide. He knows his history of the River and took us to my favorite Potter's Beach to swim for a couple hours. He's courteous and very fun!!! Highly recommend for whatever you want to do!

I do not have enough good words to say about Captain Alex and our sunset cruise on Aug. 7th. Five of us went out to celebrate a friend's birthday. Captain Alex had a sign, balloons, a pin for the birthday girl, hats, noisemakers and cupcakes on the boat for us!! He went above and beyond!!! He was very knowledgeable about the river and islands. He took us around Grindstone island and stopped at a beach where we could swim and see an AMAZING sunset! We were able to bring on some food and beverages along for the ride as well! We found the ride to be an awesome event at a very reasonable price! I would HIGHLY recommend this tour if you are in the area! Book ahead if you can!
