Jane and Jon were an absolute pleasure to work with. We interviewed a few planners and didn't feel a connection until we spoke with Jane and it clicked immediately for us. She was knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel comfortable about the wedding planning process. Though we live on different coasts, she always made herself available to chat and even flew over to do a bunch of site visits with us which we really appreciated. She listened to our expectations for our wedding and provided advice and thoughts along the way to make it even better. On the day of the wedding, you could just tell that Jane was a professional and a well oiled machine. She handled everything seamlessly (seriously, everything was perfect!) and the wedding was amazing largely due in part to Jane and her team. We also used Jon's DJ services and he was SO good - he had our guests dancing all night long right until the end of the wedding. Highly highly recommend Jane and Jon for your wedding planning and DJ services!!

We hired Yu & Us as our wedding coordinator and DJ- it was the best decision we made aside from saying “I do” to each other!

Jane was the best coordinator we could have asked for on our special day! From our initial meeting, we knew we wanted to hire her. Jane’s confident, go-getter attitude, yet kind and genuine personality was the boss bae we wanted to coordinate our wedding. She understood our vision and was very detail oriented. Most importantly she lessened the stress of planning a wedding for us. My wife and I had a specific vision in mind for our big day and Jane executed it beautifully with no questions or hesitation. She was super organized, always fast to answer any questions and was helpful with everything. Not only was she easily available to reach, she checked on us frequently and helped us stay on schedule. Additionally, she effectively communicated with our vendors and our wedding venue coordinator, ensuring everyone understood every detail we asked for and delivering it smoothly on our wedding day. She was a tremendous help with the last minute touches of the wedding. Any concerns or obstacles we encountered during the wedding process and day of, she was able to handle it seamlessly. On the day of, Jane effortlessly worked with our wedding party, my dad’s band and photographer/videographer to make sure our timeline was on schedule. She gave us reassurance and remained supportive during the entire wedding journey, especially the night before with an endearing message to my wife and I. Our wedding day went smoothly with little to no hiccups and we have Jane to thank for that!

Jon our DJ and music planner understood our vibes from the start, which made organizing the music for the ceremony/wedding easy! His personable, laid back, yet professional personality fit well with ours. He allowed us to be creative but also made thoughtful recommendations. He was well-organized, easy to communicate with and checked on us frequently to make sure we were on track with our music forum. Additionally, he went above and beyond to work with my dad and his band to make the wedding reception memorable. His music curation of our personal favorites flowed seamlessly throughout our wedding day. He adapted well to our wedding guests and the energy of the crowd to make sure the dance floor was bangin’!

Jane and Jon worked incredibly well together on the day of, making sure all the months hardwork and details were executed perfectly! Our family and guests continue to compliment Jane and Jon’s professionalism and impeccable work in orchestrating our wedding. Despite how planning a wedding can be overwhelming, they made the experience enjoyable and fun. So much fun, we invited them to our wedding afterparty! Cheers to making new friends 🙂

We had an incredible experience working with Jon. From the start, he took the time to truly understand our vision for wedding day, ensuring that every detail was tailored to our preferences (including paying homage to our Korean heritage). He would proactively check in with us periodically to make sure all of the playlists and transitions were thought through weeks before the wedding. This thoughtful oversight allowed us to fully enjoy our special day without any stress.

The wedding day went off without a hitch, and it's clear that everyone had a fantastic time. The music selection was spot-on, catering to all tastes (Kpop, hip hop, bossa nova) and keeping the energy high throughout the reception. Additionally, he worked seamlessly with our wedding coordinator to make sure everything audio-related was smooth.

Overall, Jon played an important role in making our wedding memorable and enjoyable for all our guests (including a four year old who did his own interpretation of breakdancing). His professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to clearly communicate with our event team were outstanding. I highly recommend Jon for anyone looking for a reliable and talented DJ who knows how to create an unforgettable celebration.

From first point of contact to day of, he worked closely with us to make sure our most loved songs were playing throughout our special day.
