Zane Grey RV Village - Camp Verde, Arizona

Spent four nights at the RV village. Met other friends, also in an RV, as well as a third couple who rented one of the small cabins. We all had a wonderful time. The place was impeccably kept. The vegetation and green spaces were lush and the many large trees provided much shade. The outdoor facilities were also top notch with ping pong, corn hole and several other games, all in excellent, like new condition. The pavillion offered free coffee and donuts on Saturday morning, as well as a band to play all of our favorite songs. Baths and showers were also spotlessly clean and well maintained. We even saw several deer and a visiting javalena on the property. The staff was always courteous, professional and helpful. As icing on the cake, my diesel wouldn't start when we tried to leave. One of the young, hard working park gentlemen named Michael was eager to jump in to help resolve my issue in no time. That was exceptional service, and we will always thankfully remember his thoughtfulness and efforts.

We took a last minute trip, booked our space the night before (how lucky we were to get a spot) and had the absolute best time. The park was beautiful, walking distance to the water with chairs and a hammock on the shore area. A great kids area, a dog park and the most fun “adult” area with darts, pool, music and even a fridge with complementary beer. Christine and Frank were amazing, welcoming and friendly. A live band on Saturday afternoon was yet another wonderful surprise. We only stayed one night but had such a great time it felt like.a vacation. Will definitely be back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Zane Grey RV Village. The park was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. There are alot of mature trees, that give great shade to the rv spots. They have some nice trails adjacent to the park where you can walk your dog and a dog beach. Their dog park has some agility ramps and a see saw for dogs. Although we were usually gone during scheduled activities, they do seem to have some fun activities scheduled. They have an activities room with a pool table and an outside area with lots of yard games. The laundry room was very clean. We didn't use the showers or restrooms, but if they're maintained as well as the rest of the park, they must be pretty clean. I didn't rate the rooms because we stayed in our travel trailer. They do have some tiny home type cabins you can rent and from what we could tell, they were pretty nice. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely stay at Zane Grey.

It’s a nice quiet small rv park. Maintenance of the park is great with a group of employees. We enjoyed ourselves and will return. Personally, we preferred the park before all of the changes were made. We understand the changes are to draw in more family campers with the various games and other amenities. That’s fine. Also, we preferred the park before all of the colored night lights were placed everywhere. Peaceful place and heavily treed which is great and helps with privacy. Good job.

I absolutely loved my stay at Zane Grey RV Village! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The grounds are incredibly well-maintained, and the mature trees provide the perfect amount of shade and privacy. Our site was spacious, level, and easy to access.

The restrooms and showers were spotless, and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable for guests. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere — it felt like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. We also enjoyed walking the nearby trails and relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings.

This is definitely one of the nicest RV parks I’ve visited in Arizona. I highly recommend Zane Grey RV Village to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic getaway with top-notch amenities and friendly service. We’ll be back!

Staying at Zane Grey RV Village never disappoints! Whether we stay here in our travel trailer or rent one of the cabins, we always enjoy ourselves. The spaces are large with trees and bushes that provide your own personal space. The park is kept immaculate, restrooms and showers are super clean, and Devon and Trevor go out of their way to make sure that you have the best experience. We try to stay here several times a year...what more can I say!

We stayed here the first time for Mother's Day weekend! It was perfect, underneath the cottonwoods next to the creek. The staff was welcoming and the park is well kept. They have events and live music every weekend. There is something for the adults and the kids. We will definitely be coming back!

This is a great RV park! Great location with lots of shade, far enough out of town to give you the sense of being in nature, but close enough to get supplies easily. Incredibly friendly & helpful staff, lovely sites, outstanding shower house, park well lit with lovely soft lighting in the trees so that you can walk around at night, but without bright glaring light. You can even get your propane tanks filled on site and for a very reasonable price. I didn't rate the cabins because I didn't stay in one, but they looked very clean and well set up. I highly recommend Zane Grey RV Village, and I will come here again & again!
