I went here to investigate the low prices, and I was told indeed $3.49 a garment. So the next day, I took in a custom wool baseball flannel, brand new with the original tags in tact that's been hanging in the closet for some time. I requested a press only, and the young lady who's turn it was to help me, took my garment, balled it up, and put it in a bin with who knows what, and gave me my change. I had to ask for a receipt, a claim ticket, something to retrieve my item when it was pressed. I received a call the next day that my garment was completed. I arrived with a receipt and received my item. I got home and inspected my jersey, and to my dismay, I found that 1.) The tags were removed and disposed of by an employee. 2.) The jersey was indeed dry cleaned. 3.) The care tag was somehow shredded along the bottom on the inside collar. 4.) I found micro tears in the piping around the upper right side, and 5.) The press job was quite half-assed. Be assured that red flags were flying when I came in here, yet I pushed on anyway. I only have myself to blame for this. You get what you pay for, now and always, that fact has never changed and never will.

I had a Tommy Hilfigure comforter dry cleaned and it is completely destroyed. Where the white stripes are, there is now a bluish color. When I told the manager that worked Friday at 1 PM, she bit my head off and told me to take my comforter to the manufacturer because they didn't do anything wrong. She took no responsibility. I am out $25 for the dry cleaning as well as the cost of the comforter. Extremely poor customer service. Why work in customer service with that nasty attitude?
To top it off I came home and found that my shirt is completely destroyed as most of the buttons with the pearls are gone which I noticed after I came home.
The last time I sent in a shirt, there was wrinkles on it and I thought I'd give them a chance.
Never again am I returning to this place. They don't care about your clothes and if they destroy it, they will take 0 responsibility.
I could understand mistakes are made and they followed what they did but they destroyed my things and there was not an ounce of accountability on their part or a way to make it right by refunding me what I paid.

Occasionally use zips for my clothes dry cleaning service need. Reasonable price, ok Service but don’t much care about it as long as my clothes job done right, so far no complaints or problem.

Every time I go into the Zips, I feel Just a little bit uncomfortable because the atmosphere there where there are mainly teenage employees working there is not pleasant. When I would go in there, the girls would sound rude and snooty sounding like they have an attitude just because they are good looking and young. I would only go here to get my clothes dry cleaned. Recently, I just found out that the jacket that got altered since there was a hole in it has not fully been fixed. It has not been fixed because it is still a little ripped. I am in Customer Service myself and I sure would think twice before taking a job in customer service if you are going to have an attitude. Thank you and God bless.

Last week I found myself in a bit of a pickle. I had gotten a short notice regarding a funeral I would need to attend the next morning. I pulled out my suit and of course it appeared someone had slept in it. I went to Zips and was hoping they would be kind enough to put my suit on the fast track and have it pressed by the end of the day. The manager came by and I explained my situation. Next thing I knew it was pressed off and I was on my way. Service above and beyond, Kudos to Zips.

This was my first time using ZIPS and I wish I had tried them sooner. I can't believe how quickly my order was cleaned and ready for pick up! I was also pleasantly surprised with the cost of the service provided and how easy it was to drop off and pick up. Also, the staff was efficient, friendly and did not waste any time getting me in and out. I will recommend ZIPS to everyone I know. They have services for everything you could possibly need. I will definitely be a returning customer.

We have been provided the absolute most disgusting customer service by the owner.
We brought in 22 pieces of shirt to be pressed and when we went to pick up our order the following day we were told there is a batch of 4 shirts where 3 are ready but one of them is still air drying as that shirt require air dry. We chose to pick up all four together the following day.
Two days later we went back and we’re told the order is not ready the one shirt is being worked on. I mentioned what we were told two days ago and the person tells me let me check. Comes back and says the shirt just came out the wash please give us five mine we will press it. I mentioned about being told it needed air dried but let them carry on. I was handed my cloths without any word and a yellow tag that said sorry and some fine orints. I happened to read the fine print and inspect the shirt about the stain and called my husband immediately as I did not recall him ever wearing that shirt or it having a stain. It was a new shirt!!! He confirmed so I go back and tell the staff and mention how they didn’t have the audacity to tell
Me what was going on and the same shirt has a broken button which was not the case when we brought the shirt in.
They said they will take the shirt back and remove the stain. We received a text message saying our order was ready and go in and are told still not ready. The owner will be in tomorrow between 8-noon if you would like to speak to him.
Today, I go back in and the shirt is still in same condition and I am told there is someone coming to test the machine to see what the issue is and what can have caused the stain. I request that I be giving a call when it’s done and then ultimately decided that instead I would like to receive the refund form as I have no hope and this is the fourth time I’ve being told something different.
The staff proceeds to go back to owner (which they do every communication we have with them) and comes back and says he would like to ensure this is our issue before that. I said well the stain wasn’t there when we brought it in so doesn’t matter the issue at this time I would like to speak to him. She proceeds to go back and says his on a break so can’t come out. I ask “are you serious”, the owner can’t come out a break for a customer who has been here four times for an issue that was caused on your end? He proceeds to go back there and comes back with, he will call me once the expert comes and tests the machine out. I said to her yesterday we are told the owner will be here 8-12 and now at 11:50 you are telling me the owner cannot come out and speak to a customer because his ona. Break for the next 15 minutes and is expecting me to wait?
It is BEYOND acceptable for an owner to give that sort of a service to any customer of their let alone someone’s cloths that were damaged in your store!!!! I told her I would be taking this issue to corporate and she said sorry he wants to be sure it’s our issue!
I walked out the store awaiting for the owner to call me which I suspect will not happen and it will be a staff if any!
Sure enough.. no calls! We called back and the owner claimed it was a “food stain”! On a brand new shirt we brought and took to press before wearing!
Ridiculous.. save your money and cloths. Find a different location that will appreciates the customer and their business as well as the belonging!
I already submitted a feedback before writing this review on the corporate side and HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE OR FOLLOW UP!
